Introduction: Hey, so here's a little bit about me. My name is Ian, and I'm 14 years old. I'll be honest, I'm not normal, and I embrace that as a gift. Being different is something I'm proud of, as I stand out among others. I regard to myself as a jolly and silly person who is capable of being mature when necessary. I always try to be kind to people, as everyone is fighting an internal battle I know nothing about. This summer, I'll be working in a computer store, fixing them, building them, all sorts of neat stuff. I'll also be working at a day camp as a CIT, dealing with smaller children, around age 8. I'm on the verge of moving from Middle School from High School. I participate in a few extra-cirricular activities, including soccer and rowing, which both recently ended seasons. Aside from that, I do my best to remain involved with my community and peers. I believe that leadership among your peers is a charitable quality without being arrogant. In my 3+ years of being involved in the Meepcraft community, I believe that I have learned a few things about the server.

Why should you be Helper? Before I joined the Meep community, I usually just hopped from one server to another, hoping one day I would find one that's worth sticking to. One day, I found Meep. I immediately knew it was something different, that it had something else that servers didn't have. It wasn't one of those servers where you meet someone, play a minigame with them for a while, then never see them again. It was a community, where you could adapt and play a part on the server.I immediately knew it was the server for me, so I decided to stay. I believe that Meep has helped me grow and mature, and make me a much more respectable player. And throughout these few years, I've learned quite a bit about the server. I know commands, and a lot about the players and community as a whole, which is one reason why I believe I would make a suitable fit as a staff member of the server. Being the current owner of a beta town and some previous others, I have learned to deal with new players. I do my best to introduce them to the server and help them with any commands or anything else they need. Another reason is my work with different kinds of people. I love to work with kids, which makes up a large portion of the young players of Meep. I also have dealt with kids with personality differences, such as excessive anger and/or a tendency to be "toxic". I've learned how to deal with these types of people as I treat anyone else, as kindly as they allow me. Another reason I believe I would make a suitable staff member is my responsibility. When I am faced with a task, I get it done as fast as possible. I don't procrastinate until the last possible minute to get it done hastily. I get it done with efficiency and speed. Another reason I believe I'm staff material is my attentiveness. I'm always paying attention to the chat, so, for say, if someone broke a rule in chat, I would be able to take action. I also believe that my hours online would be ideal to the server's goal of having staff on 24/7. Yes, I do understand we have many staff in the US. However, on the weekends which will soon turn into almost every night due to summer, I stay up to 1 or 2, sometimes even 3am. At this time, not many staff are on, which leaves a gap for players to break the rules.

What are your weaknesses? Everyone has weaknesses, and I'm not going to sugarcoat myself and say I'm perfect. My first weakness is irritation. I get irritated a bit much when I see people breaking the rules. It just makes me annoyed how people are willing to ruin others' experiences in order to get something for themselves. I also get annoyed with trolls, which falls under a similar category. They just get on my nerves. I understand these weaknesses and everyday I work towards moving passed them.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: As I have stated above, I want to thank meep for everything it has done for me. It has helped me to become a better person and is to thank for many life lessons I have learned these past years. I know that you do your best trying to help everyone and make everyone calm, the sad part is that people laugh at you when you do what you want to do. I think that if you were given the chance at this, people would actually start listening to you.

You are very nice and welcoming from what I've seen in /g.

But from what I read in the weakness section you get irritated when people troll or break the rules. Which could be somewhat of a problem for handling hackers, dupers, toxic people ect. So im going to -1 But good luck!

no, it would mean that he would show less mercy in handing out bans, it wouldn't particularly inhibit him from being a helper, so theres no reason to -1.

+1 You are so nice, you are very good at welcoming players into your town and adapting your ways to meet what the residents like, although that isn't a very good flaw but its okay. We are some what of friends but we don't talk much, just when we see eachother. You are very active from what I have seen. You know what you are doing. Plus your app was great but half of your "why" could of been in your introduction. Overall I think you have what it takes to be in the staff team!

I think you're an absolutely GREAT candidate from what I've seen! You're super sweet and nice to me in global and you know most of the tricks and tools to get what we need done.

Your weakness section was so short It definitely did not give me specific examples of your weaknesses, for example, irritation. That can be very broad, What do you get most irritated about? Why? What situations can you remember?
You do seem to get angry really easily too, this happens with me too! It isn't a biggy, just be super cautious
You're pretty shy from what I've seen and only feel comfortable around certain people to talk to, you don't come on teamspeak a lot from what ive seen (and when you do you are usually only with a few select people!) This is a biggie for me. To get absolved in the team you need to be social! Im a little overly social y'know . If you even want to talk to anyone hmu and I'll definitely talk to you!

So for now, im going to be a -1, this is due to change as I see you progress. You certainly do have potential though I might add, wonderful app. Just work on those weaknesses!

You haven't really contributed anything and I honestly only saw you say a few lines in shout or nothing at all.

Talking within this server is crucial in the making of a staff member.

If you just came back - what's the point in applying? Are you impatient enough to not take the time to ingest everything?

To be honest, I saw this coming from a mile away. While you're fairly pleasant and decently helpful, I think you're trying too hard for the position. You're constantly mini-modding in /g (to the point where you've become an annoyance. Attempting to enforce rules before you actually get staff isn't really something we need to be seeing, as we have enough staff to actually enforce rules; it seems as if you mini-mod to try to show us you can be an effective staff or something.

There's a difference between "being annoyed with rule breakers" because they willfully diminish others' experiences for the sake of furthering their own, and constantly saying "___, please do not caps-evade" AFTER a helper has already warned the guy. Similarly, oftentimes if someone asks a question in shout and someone beats you to the answer, you'll be like "^." What exactly does a ^ contribute? It's better to not say anything at all.

You really can't bend yourself or put on a mask to get staff--your true personality needs to be compatible with the atmosphere of the staff team. If it's not, sooner or later your real attitude will show, and will likely result in a demotion. Besides, you won't enjoy it either--trust me.

I have known you for about the last month-ish and I haven't seen anything that I think would make you a bad helper. You are always friendly, and are very helpful to new members of your town. I would love to see you as an addition to the staff team.

You seem really mature in game and I haven't witnessed any irritation coming from you before.
You appear to be extremely kind and well know within the community and this is a good thing.
