Hello, so a lot of your previous issues were internal staff things, those of which you and I have talked about already. You have a really positive aura to the majority of the community but you hardly did any real staff work and you had a tendency to use your staff powers for personal gain. I'm not sure if you have changed in the past month because like I said, you've always had a very friendly vibe that most people see. It's the sporadic rudeness and the "I'm-too-cool" attitude that isn't so great, especially as a mod, which a lot of people look up to. I think time is the best way to reassure us that you really have changed, which is why I am a -1 as of now. PM me if you want and clarifications on anything I said. Good luck Kling.

 

Real staff work to myself is guiding the players through the server, helping the players with problems they have whether they ask you through message or mod request, going over suggestions given by the players, reporting issues, moderating the forums and also correctly punishing players that want to do the wrong thing. Last but not least playing a part in making the server fun and enjoyable.
I believe that I myself ticked all of these boxes.

I witnessed a staff member that was available say to a player make a mod request or I can not help you while they was with the player. If I was to do that when players asked me on Team speak for help or messaged me I would have a lot more mod requests since I was partly banned for a low mod request count.

Majority of the time I was online by myself and completed the tasks of what I believe real staff work is.
We all may have different opinions on what real staff work is but I respect your opinion.

Kling, you and shadowvirus on teamspeak are the only guys I talk to, and you are so nice. Also, being a fellow Leeds/Liverpool fan, we relate to loads of things and you're so positive towards players ingame (from what I can see). A big +1 from me

 

Kling, Kling, Kling... I think you totally deserve to come back to the staff team! You are kind, patient, and a lot of fun, and I was very sad when I saw that you had resigned, but now I am happy that you want to come back! I think it is great that you wish to once again be a part of the amazing staff team that this server is so very fortunate to have. I wish you the best of luck in everything. This is a ginormous +1 for me.

P.S. Fishing with you is always very fun. We should go again sometime.

I know you pretty well, after you moved it's been a bit of a timezone conflictation thingy ma thingy.
As a member of meepcraft you were nice, light hearted and overall a nice person to be around, to talk on teamspeak to and all that juicy goody stuff. When you became staff you were helpful however you also loved to play meep not just do staffy stuffy stuff. I feel like this conflicted, e.g you like to spend time designing a potato to put on my plot and fun stuff like that as well. I believe this won't be a problem if/when you get staff again as you should know the balance between work and bbq time.

Serious Answer:+1 Oklingo is held in high esteem across Meepcraft and despite being promoted, is still sticking around in an attempt to be re-promoted. He's the only reason why I and several others are still sticking around meepcraft. I do believe that everyone above me as already stated why he should be promoted, so I'll cut to the chase with my not serious answer.

Not Serious Answer: ( +1 of greatness) I have come back from the dead, from the cold desolate, somewhere between moist and dry dirt to state just how great this man is. This man is like a brother,bro, broda, brotha from another motha, an oniichan, irmão, broer, you get the idea. This man's voice is like butter, slathering itself all over your back, making you feel uncomfortable, but at home. This man has skillz that our simple monkey minds cannot comprehend, like making one minute rice in 58 seconds. I don't want to say that this man is god, but he's definetly god. We're talking about the full package, Ares, Athena, Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, the whole squad all melded into his strong calves and biceps. His voice calms even the most ADHD child on a sugar high, wrapping the kid in the comforting klingy silence of garlic flavored butter. He has successfully diffused three wars, prevented World War IV, went back into time and punched Hitler and Stalin, has turned wine into gold, walked on water, directed eight movies all at the same time on the same set, and has made me the incredibly gorgeous man I am today using his handsomeness powers.

I would have thought you were a walk-up-start. You have a great online personality, you were previously a great host/Helper, and I cannot see any reason that would change. Good luck mate.
