Hey Nick I think you don't deserve to be helper because somethings your alway salty on chat or you'll say rude thing to some people so you deserve a -1 one sorry

Actually, I didn't know much of you before you were Helper for that brief burst. Either I am paying more attention, or you're a lot more active (suspect it is the former, having seen you as staff, maybe your name resonates more now) - you have a very positive attitude from my observation, seem quite literate and helpful. I'd like to see you have another go at it.

Hey Nick! I'm going to try and keep this simple.

I didn't want to previously comment on this because I hadn't officially met you that well yet. The best I've done was seen you around. Fortunately, that changed today.

From me seeing you in game, I haven't personally seen you be very mean, or rude. From what I've seen today, however, I think I can give a clear vote. My general impression of you has been very good so far, and I think it will stay the same. You've helped in shout; i'm quite sure of it. Your forums activity recently has been good from what I've seen, and you've posted around quite a lot. I don't think I've talked to you on teamspeak before, I've only seen you on there.

In your application, I get the impression that you are on the right track, you've even listed out some important things.

It seems like you've already learned your lesson from before, and I'm confident that you can become a staff member again. This time for good.

What you did can be similarized to a lot of real life situations, such as plagiarizing a Cover Letter for a job interview, think about the repercussions of doing something like that. A lot of servers follow a similar guideline that I believe Meepcraft should also follow, Plagiarizing a Staff App equals blacklist from staff team. You have stated that you plagiarized as you were not confident in your writing abilities, this only makes me feel as though you may not be confident in other areas and people placing pressure on you may sway your view or cause you to second guess yourself. We do not need more staff members with confidence issues.

Found this on another website without citing the website, you also say you were demoted for plagiarism (go figure), anyways I thinks its too early after your demotion.

 

The few interactions I've had with Mr Nick have been very friendly. I'm not aware of anything that happened before, but it seems to me that he is determined to bounce back from his supposed mistakes with a desire to be better. It's my view that we are all wrong and make mistakes at times, but the what sets apart the best of people is that they move on and do so quickly, not dwelling on the past but focusing on making themselves better for the future. I usually always see him greeting new folks to the server and being any help that he can. I think that the server can definitely use more friendly and active staff like Nick. So he definitely gets a +1 from me! Best of luck to you sir!

 

Nick I'm sorry to say this but I'm going to have to give you a -1

When you first applied I thought you would have been great for the job, you were active, helpful and always on ts! But now it's different. You are barely on anymore, I never see you in global and I see you on teamspeak about once every few days and it's only for an hour or so. Nick a big thing that changed my thoughts about you, was the fact I offered to get you ultimate and you just went crazy, you became constant with asking about it, when you got on meep, all you did was ask for rank sellers, then once you found one you were commanding me to buy it as if I had to, and at the time of you finding the seller I was dealing with a major real life crisis, yet you insisted I get on. Nick I'm sorry but when we first were friends you were the coolest, then when you got demoted it all changed. When you got demoted you were devastated, even went in active for about a week; I understand your going to be upset but in a position as helper, the rank should only be a name, just because you were demoted didn't mean you had to stop helping, and honestly if you did want to help the server you wouldn't have let that stop you. I strongly recommend becoming more active and if you can't then maybe helper isn't the best choice right now.

Also in your app you say your very high academically in math, science and English, yet there are a few spelling, and grammar errors, and it very basically writen

Hai Nick! I'm going to say a couple things you won't like, but I hope you'll accept them. I haven't seen you on TeamSpeak or forums as much. I do see you in game. (you should have a healthy balance of all three). You have been helpful in game but you recently been salty or hurtful towards anyone who applied for Helper, I skyped xdawney last weekend and while you and him were in game you insulted him saying something along the lines of "you aren't fitted for helper." Also begging xdawney to +1 your application and when he said no you told him to kill himself. No one should ever treat another person like thst regardless of being enemies or not liking that person. I'm doubting your actions towards being a helper, I feel like you're going to abuse the commands. I'm going to -1 your application because of these issues. I hope you have a great day. -Forte
