Why we should consider your appeal: I am assuming this has to deal with dnorts1 taking out 2mil from MayBerry. This is not my account, this is my friends account who was playing with me at the time. Also he confirmed with klutch decals that a Co-mayor can take money from a town bank as long as they leave enough money for taxes for a week. So he legally took the money from the bank.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I can post the screen shot of Klutch confirming we should not be banned for taking money from the town bank.

Also Vpardo, one of my old Co-mayors, made a town himself, hired a comayor, that comayor took the money and got away with it. The Staff said if the mayor makes them comayor they have the right to withdraw any money since they are technically a mayor. My friend and I would not of followed through with this if we did not have confirmation that it was legal.

    Heres the problem.
You asked me in your screenshot if it was legal with the direction that you were a "worried mayor". If someones a co-mayor with the intention if helping a town, then they leave after a while it is legal to take that money. Thankfully, we dont use letter of the law, but spirit of the law. So on this perticular case, the main goal was to scam someone. You had no intention of helping anyone, only taking the money. In that instance, theft/scamming takes priority over the other rule. You didnt ask me if it was legal to just get co-mayor to rob someone. It seems to me that by gathering your screenshots, were knew this could be an issue.

As the mayor of a huge amazing town, why do you think it would be acceptable to rip someones town off of all the hard earned money? Dont say "because you said it would be ok". The screenshot is decieving and the questions and false reasoning do not justify your actions.

The_Unkown was looking for town staff, and one of those staff he took in was dnorts1, on your referral. (Hey! That also happens to be the person you were sharing an IP with) Dnorts1 then instantly took the money, bought gold, and hid it in the wild, which you then found and took, from the wild. You then stashed this gold in a rather hidden location of your house.

Please tell me, through all your co-mayor mumbo-jumbo where in _any_ of that, does it say that it's LEGAL to rob someone? Which is what you did, clearly, from inception to completion in this plan. What it seems to be is you tried to hatch a hair-brained idea to ROB someone, but it clearly backfired because that would be pretty simple of us to be just allowing to happen on the server.

    This is denied.
