I paid through paypal and the money hasn't taken out of my bank account. Does it take a few days for my money to be taken out of my bank account? Is the rank given to me once it does or is it given to me before? I just want to make sure if things are going smoothly or I made an error. O:

Generally, this process doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes.
Once an admin sees this, he can fix the rank manually.

Turns out that if I made purchases with Paypal and my bank, it takes a few business days (5 tops) for it to go through. And since it's the holidays for Easter, it'll take a week. It's been paid though, but no money has taken from my bank account. I'm glad I have money there, so I won't worry about an over draft.

Okay, money finally taken out of my account. Still received no rank at the moment.

 

This Happened To Me When I Went From V.I.P. To Premium I Reported It On Forums And In Game And Nobody Fixed It Then I Got Exclusive From @Cooey3 And That Resolved My Problem , But The Same Day I Took Another Big Jump And Got Elite Now Everything Was Working Perfectly But I Can Only Set 10 Homes Like An Exclusive Not 20 Homes Like An Elite It Doesn't Bother Me Much , But When I Did Go From V.I.P. To Premium It Was 100% Required To Have The Receipt To Show Them You Bought It

Ok, well looking at your payment, I don't see on there what the payment was for. Was there another notice stating that it was for a rank and not meebles or something else? In the past, I usually see the rank being noted. Let me know.

 

It was for a rank. It was the only notification I received at the time being. Since it was months ago, I can't go back to the receipt. But it did took $20 off of my account.
edit; I haven't received any meebles or anything else after I made my payment.

 

Tansactions with Paypal last for years if not forever. I'm positive you can find the paypal transaction. Send me a copy when you do. Maybe it will have the rank on it.

From a quick glance at receipts from the completed donation help, this appears to be correct.

 

From an absolutely thorough search of one on the first page, I found no evidence of this. I will stick to asking.

I'm surprised it lasted this long. I did not mind waiting months for this but I was afraid it would lead to a year. I merely gave up but then I remembered about meepcraft because I felt like playing minecraft and I found out that it has still not been resolved.

It's kind of sad that I received this kind of service. It'll probably be the only purchase I would make on here because I don't want to wait another year.
