But, BobJon, im at a +/- because you are active and you are dedicated, but you are sometimes immature and banhappy.

With my reason for the -1, i want to pick apart a certain response.

We need more mods, and you're active and dedicated enough to be one. I know you have made mistakes, but I made a crap ton when I was helper. We just learn from them and move on. I do see you some invalid kicks sometimes, but not anytime recently.

I want to expand on this actually.

I play on my friends accounts sometimes, and play on meep. You threatened to kick me if I didn't stop killing you, in kitpvp. If that is not abusive, I don't know what is. Being someone who you find insignificant, it was very easy to tell how you treat people you like vs people you don't, and staff vs non staff. You seem to act very differently, and make very impulsive decisions when dealing with someone who you find "insignificant" and often times, those decisions don't improve the situation.

I was at a friends house, and he decided to make a modreq. He asked a simple question that anyone should be able to answer, and you just ignored me and closed the modreq, with no /done message.

What Abby said, doesn't mean anything, other then that you like to type /claim. However, anyone can do that. It doesn't take anything to type /claim (id). What actually means something, is being able to answer that modreq, efficiently, and properly. You seemed to lack those qualities when answering my friends modreq. So, having the highest count, doesn't mean you did them well, but only that you were able to claim them. Quality over quantity.

Other than that, I find you incredibly immature, most of the time, and the times when you are making the slightest effort not to be, you still don't have the level of maturity that someone in the staff position should have. The one up side I can see to you, is that you are dedicated to the server itself, and spend large amounts of time on it. The problem I have with that, is what you do with that time. You don't spend it as effectively as you could, seeing as you're often goofing off.

Once again, -1. Please work on the feedback that I, along with others have given you.

 

I just wanted to point out that you are always there to help me. anytime I need someone on to help with modreqs, you are there and jump in without me even asking most times. your efforts in helping other helpers is seen and very appreciated. I feel that you go above and beyond in most cases but have a few weak areas. Those can be worked on though I feel that your work with hawkeye is quite good and I'm anxious to see where being on the staff team takes you.

 

Not in the slightest, Bobjon does well on his modreq responses.
Also I know Bobjon likes to kiss up, but I didn't take that in when putting my vote, no amount of kissing up can persuade me to like a person more than another. Bobjon is actually a nice person when it comes down to the experiences I've had with him, he's very eager to help and gets on to help with modreqs if they were to pile up

 

Why are basing his normal work as a helper for the moderator qualities? You say he does lots of modreqs... okay... that makes him more fit for mod in what way..? He's nice, okay, he doesn't like hurting people's feelings, we don't want a corruptible staff member with so much power, right? Being "nice" doesn't make a good moderator, I honestly hope you should know that by know.

You are proving to yourself that he's a great Helper, good. He can stay there. Until he starts performing over the top and doing things Mods should be doing, then we should discuss that then. When he is over the top and beyond, like many of the staff members we've had that go from Helper to Mod in under a month, he should become mod. But right now, he's not over the top. He knows how to type /claim and /done. Moderators do a lot more than "help" and do modreqs; from what you've seen from Bobjon, do you think he's able to handle that at the level we need moderators to be at? I don't.

 

Actually I think he has been at mod level but has room to improve. Doing a lot of /modreqs is a big thing since there have been staff that have been demoted because of low /modreq count so yeah that is a big thing. He is able to perform at over the top helper status but he could you some improvement in /shout honestly. I'm a +1 because i feel he's ready to be Mod but if you don't feel so feel free to rate how you. This is an open forum that doesn't discourage opinions.

Last time I checked, it's not allowed for staff members to handle their own slander/harrassment cases, ue to huge bias liability. There's another thing that makes me sure you aren't ready!
