Why we should consider your appeal: First of all, I don't want to be unbanned because I know I can't be for a hour ban but how is language a hour ban? All I said was "My ps3 shat out on me" how is this an hour ban? I have seen people say much worse such as sexual things or really obscene things and they don't even get a kick warning or a ban. I personally believe this is staff abuse. Another thing I don't understand is how this is a ban and not a kick. To be honest I can understand a kick but ban, this has me wandering why you even moderate chat if your going to single out players. ~BARNBOY78

 

The phrases "sucks a**" and "sh**" were in your shout. We do not kick or tempban with the intention of letting the same offense happen again. We do it so that the player eventually gets the idea that they shouldn't be doing whatever it was at all. I kicked you for the same exact offense two days ago, and I'm quite sure you've had this same thing occur quite a few times previously.

We do not allow inappropriate language in our chat, and I am certain you know that rule.

EDIT: I changed my mind on the last warning point you received to make sure you could respond to this, if you wanted to. Please do not post unrelated/non-constructive comments on ban appeals.
