Denied Sorry Guys, This Is Not A Ban Appeal

Reason: use of hacked client/parkour glitch explotation (no appeal) <- pfft.

Why we should consider your appeal:

First of all, I'm writing this appeal because I want my ban reason to be changed to a proper ban reason and not "used of a hacked client". I want this to be changed because I have an xray use ban history and when I appealed for that ban, I said to my appeal that I will not use any kinds of hack/hacked clients anymore. The following video will prove my innocence against the ban reason "use of a hacked client"



This video basically shows that it is possible to break/build any blocks when the server or you're having a lag spike. When I got banned, the only evidence that I received as proof for my ban was a log file that states what I broke and what commands I used in order to get the parkour prizes. Log files are clearly not sufficient evidence to warrant a ban especially accusing someone using of any hacked clients. Just because you are not able to find any other way to do what I did, doesn't mean that I am already hacking. Many people have played with me in different games and they did not find anything that has something to do with hacked clients. As I stated before, I don't trust this hacked clients as they are the number one reason for people's minecraft account getting hacked. I don't also have a reason to use such things.

In my last appeal the statement above was provided by Old_Pink. This means that he knows or he knows someone that knows how to do the "abuse of lag" in order to get something that they want. Now that this evidence is here, do not blame me if people uses this for their own personal things. People that will learn how to do this will be able to grief any grinder/casinos/spawn/houses and learn how they were built.

Secondly, I want to explain what's actually happening while I'm doing the so called "use of hacked client/parkour glitch explotation". Basically in the video provided, I'm creating network disruption for my client which allows me to break anything that I want (except bedrock of course). This is what happened in the Parkour world. I created network disruption > I broke blocks > Claimed the prize. Simple enough huh?
This is what happens between my client and the server. As all of you may know, when we are lagging our characters freezes in the "server side" but in our client we are still able to move. After the lag passes we come back to the place where the server received our last location before we disconnect. This is the reason why we experience lag teleportation (teleporting back to place). Lets just put it this way because I'm really tired and lazy to explain everything. The "parkour exploitation" is actually just "griefing attempt/griefing" as there is a worldguard plugin which prevents me to grief. Either way this "parkour explotation" doesn't really bother me much.

Thirdly, Once the "use of hacked client" is changed or resolved, I want a compensation for being wrongfully accused. This also goes to 140+ accounts that have been slandered. If the person who will handle this request or the people who ban me can actually provide a strong evidence of me using a hacked client please, post it here.

Note: I noticed a lot of wannabe staff members posting in ban appeals and player reports recently. I don't want any of you posting here unless you have anything useful to say. If you are also a hater of me because someone told you that I'm a bad player, I don't give a single crap about you and what you will say.

P.S Vkl, You only got banned 50x but I received an IP ban and you didn't. They don't love you as much as they love me. </3

Hello Daedaric,

First I would like to ask what are you trying to accomplish in this ban appeal? I see that a lot of this thread is explaining how you didn't use a hacked client but instead used a glitch. However the use of a glitch is also illegal and was included in the ban reason.

I would also like to say that abusing the lag can also be an exploit if you are using it to see unloaded chunks, trespass through walls, or even make money from parkour.

I think I said to my thread that what I'm trying to accomplish here is to get rid of my ban reason "use of hacked client" because I have an xray ban before. This means that if I'm ever to make an appeal later on, I will have less chance of getting unbanned. I'm not planning to appeal soon as I don't see any reason why I should. :c

Which means that everyone who did /spawn and because of lag they're falling through the ground or some of them are destroying blocks to see some random stuff were also exploiting too correct?

One more thing. Before I got banned, a player that was investigated by Jwarian (he knows this) was banned because of making a gold grinder at the top of the nether. This grinder isn't just an ordinary grinder though. This person used pigman spawner. I know you're wondering how the person managed to get pigman grinder. The person was banned for it. I was in the TS server with that person at the time and "he" admitted that he owns a pigman grinder. I know this is absolutely have nothing to do with this ban appeal but.... This person was just banned for a single day. Note: He was a previous staff member.

What I'm saying here is, why do (previous) staff members get some special treatment?

Second of all, staff members, previous or current, don't get special treatment. We are treated as players and we acta as players.

Getting your ban reason changed is truly illogical, you will not be allowed on this server again based upon your prior actions and therefore the only people who will know about your ban reason are staff members and people you, yourself, tell.
