Why we should consider your appeal:

I told you what happened. I was selling Drag0nSw0rd1 heads, BigD40 came over, picked up a head, ran and I toggled pvp and killed him. Short and sweet, but I wanna DC make another banreq, so hurry and look pleaaazz.

 

Increased to 5d. Added luring (you brought the player to your plot to sell him heads in the first place).

 

I don't know if this was luring, because I was buying heads from VKL, and he killed BigD40, not me.

 

I didn't even TPA him there to sell him heads. He asked me to gather heads for 15k and I said non are that cheap. I wasn't selling him jack. Investigate before you ban bro

 

Then why was the player there?

 

He originally said he wanted to buy heads. I told him that he didn't have enough. He stuck around, he wasn't buying any heads.

 

"4. Toggling PVP

If someone is on your property you reserve the right to ask them to leave. If they do not, then you may toggle PVP after these conditions have been met:

1. You must give them 3 warnings (without spamming) before issuing the command.
2. You must allow them adequate time to leave
3. The player is not AFK

You have made it clear in the past you care nothing for our rules. I felt as though I should have banned you longer, you clearly know what you are doing, and that it is against the rules.

 

I was actually there when this happened. BigD40 had been there earlier and left and VKL was selling heads to DragonSword and BigD40 just showed back up. The head fell from the wall as VKL was breaking it and BigD40 picked it up. I do not know if this was on purpose but he did not return the head and it appeared that VKL then toggled PVP and then killed the guy to get the head back. That is all I saw.

 

I didn't lure him. What don't you get about that.

This just correctly shows why the player was on your property, because you /tpaccepted. Although you are right in that the player logged off after you saying no to his deal, you still never warned him, or asked him to leave. The passage of time does not nullify why the player was on your property, if anything he probably assumed you were still selling heads, because you were in fact, still selling heads. All you had to do was warn him VKL...You know this, and since the player was on your property by virtue of you accepting the /tpa, I'm considering it luring.

 

I didn't mind him staying, but whatever. It wasn't lure at all.

The ban has been reduced to 3 days as the luring ban was false.

 

Deny this because I admit to toggling PvP and I just wanted the ban to be lowered. Thank you.
