Why we should consider your appeal:
First of all I just want to say, if you are anyone but cooleys reading this, gtfo. This is for cooleys.
Cooley, I don't think you have quite heard my side of the story, so let me just explain what happened the day I joined;
I was peacefully playing ctf when mastercod msg'ed me and asked "Are you a good citizen?" And I replied "i think so.. why?" and he said, "we have been watching you since February. We know you have a ban history, and that will help you here" and he goes on to talk about how when I have seen villagers in random places it has been him and crusher_11 watching me. he then asks "Would you like to join a group" and I ask "Whats the group about?" and he says "I will tell you if you promise me I can trust you." So we talked, and I agreed, and I tp'ed to him. We were in this little house in the middle of no where, and we talked about trustworthy and a lot of money. He then pulled a lever, and the floor opened up and we fell into this room. He then said that the group was about framing people for towny theft, etc. I screenshotted it and almost went straight to the forums, but he then started talking about me getting paid millions. He asked me to do a few things;
1} Beg gummi for money and if he refused we were gonna 'get him banned'
2} Hack GIGAWATTS mc account.
3}Scam people.
About the scamming bit, he said that i shouldn't worry about scamming as he would just 'frame someone else'. I asked him if he had any legal jobs, and he said he'd let me know.
Other then msg'ing him a few times and asking if there were any legal jobs, this was the last I heard of the 'group'. As you have just read, I was barely involved, had never done ANYTHING that had broken any rules, and had certainly not (as he has been saying) done any 'dice scamming'. I am addicted to dicing, and I told him that, you can ask almost anyone in the community (in my timezone) and they will know I am an addicted gambler. I have no idea where he got the idea that I was his 'dice scammer'.

So to sum it up, I never broke any rules.
Staff, please alert cooleys of this.

 

I thought you were unbanned? Cooley has already reviewed things, and I thought you were deemed innocent. I had nothing to do with you, but MasterCod did. And, I never watched you... I've never even seen you in-game. But, you should be unbanned. MasterCod lied about saying you did illegal things, when you really didn't.

So uhh. I'm involved here? Why would you beg for money? Nty. I wont give any money to anyone unless they will be my friend like what i did to meh friends buy them some ranks but no you n00b you've been harassing me all the time sooooooo.......... yeah. I have now been banned for 2 days for no reason at all. As I said, I was not involved in anything the group did!!!! It is long weekend and I am so bored!!!! @Cooleysworld why the hesitation to accept it???!!!!!?????!!!!

You are very lucky to have been perm banned. You should have gone strait to the forums and reported it. I know that money is very inciting but you were hoping to be staff right? You could have used this experience to familiarize yourself with the staff who contacted you. Wait out the 5d ban and be happy with this. The things they were saying could have been real life illegal if they were hacking. Think about how lucky you are that you got off this easy when people are banned for things not nearly as severe as this. We also do not have any proof that you are telling the truth about not being involved. Understand that without proof one way or another the smartest thing to do would be to give you a reduced ban.

 

My favorite thing about Cooleys is that he gives grace in places where he didn't necessarily need to.
When someone gives you grace, you accept the grace and you don't try to get more grace out of it.
