Right then the day started off at around 7:30AM when I logged on to meep, I asked Mjr_Minor to help me clear plots for 60k, MrsMegan helped us. I set off for school at 8:30 am, I asked my brother to finish clearing plots for me, he didn't go to school because he wasn't feeling well. Recently then I was doing TNT mining so he asked if he could do it so I was I said ok. So whilst I was at school he went tnt mining, I have a nodus version installed for my single player worlds. He went on nodus and x-rayed a spawner whilst he was tnt mining. So when I came back from school , I was not banned . at around 6pm Puckminer asked me to show him my embassies, so that he could see the spawner probably. Then I got banned. Please could you tell me what I have to do to get unbanned before this gets denied. Thanks for reading.

 

This is the second time your brother has x-rayed on your account. How are we supposed to believe this?

 

I am not a lying person, I swear on my life that it was him. I would do anything to prove it was him.

 

Gladiator, you never stated your brother did it on skype. EVER. You even said it was you.

Last time he got banned for x-ray with his "brother excuse", he made a video with another person, who is maybe his brother. They both said their apologies, and knew what they were in for. Since this happened a second time, why should he be given a second chance when it was made CLEAR the first time that he was to only get ONE more chance. I should know, I was the staff member who banned him for his first X-Ray back in August.

 

This is denied, feel free to appeal at a later date. Even if your brother did x-ray, it is not a reason to be unbanned. Your account is your responsibility!
I would like you to wait a few more weeks before you appeal again, and not to use your brother as an excuse, because as I said above it is your responsibility! We banned the account for X-ray, not you or your brother.
