Accepted Hornemans... Nuuuuuuuuuu!

Why we should consider your appeal:

I feel this ban was not called for as the request for BAN did NOT come from the owners of the plots in question! Infact, all plots like the ones in question, the plot owners where HAPPY that I informed them of these plots so they did not have to pay for them anymore and in many cases they were paid very well for them!

Also, I /mailed /msged all the plot owners that had just"raided" fallen towns and "forgot" to /t unclaim the plots when they were done. These plots were just not unclaimed and the mayors have not been online to do so yet.

Furthermore, I was BAN for 2 days only because staff was pressured/harrassed by the "horneman haters" that were badgering the staff member in the TS channel. The Staff member orginally discussed the problem with me I understood the issue and unclaimed all the plots without a problem and was waiting for the other plots to be unclaimed first before I should reclaim. I was ban for 1 second and that was that! However after many of the "hornemans haters" yelling at her and for threat of now being included in the "hornemans" group the staff member folded under preer-pressure and out of fear to impliment this 2 day ban!

Regardless of who reported it, it still happened.
I was not 'pressured' by anyone. I was enforcing the rules that you failed to comply with.
You know where the plots where.
It's your job to get permission, and get proof that you have permission of this. You don't know what the mayor/assistants or whoever was planning to do with those plots.
A higher up staff will accept or deny this.

 

The rule regarding /t claims too close to another town allow for a 24 hour removal before a ban is issued for non compliance. Accepted but you have 24 hours to remove the plots.
