Denied Ban Appeal: Snorehax.

Date: 10 seconds ago, im pretty fast.
Reason: Bringing up something back.
1 day ban.

When messaging abby, I told her if I can say a few words without being banned. She accepted, 5 minutes after I stopped, she banned me.

This makes no sense.

 

You brought it up in /shout and continually tried to prove your original kick reason wrong. Then when you were in /msg with me you tried to explain it off that you "could have been hacked by a bot". Listen, I never verbally agreed that I would or would not ban you for continually bringing it up. So please, when someone kicks you for "DROP IT" you should do as they say and drop it.

And you never STOPPED MESSAGING ME. Not 5 minutes after, halfway through your explanation of how you could have been hacked did I get fed up with you arguing with me did I ban you.

This implies that I could freely talk to you.
I dropped it, i just wanted to clarify the kick.

You also tempbanned me 2 minutes after I was done.

This is what gets to me. You lied in my face, and tempbanned me 2 minutes after I was done.

You just lied to a player.

 

When a person gets married they say "I do". As they accept the fact that they will be taking someone on as their husband/wife. When I say, "What" I mean, "what do you want?". I never accepted to your terms, you just assumed I did.

 

How is it spam if I am talking to you in a controlled manner, in message? I was talking to you alone. I wasnt spamming, I was just having a friendly conversation with you.

After a while I was done, you still tempbanned. Why? I stopped, why tempban me?

Messaging a player is not spam. I was sending no bulk messages, and wouldve stopped if you asked. I brang up a topic that I thought wasnt right.

"Repeating an undesired thing a multitude of times."
And I did ask you to stop.
I said in /shout several times "Snore stop." So did ZapChance for that matter. You had all the time in the world to stop, also, calling the staff pigs is not helping you whatsoever.

Alright, spamming is a 1 hour offense, and I did overdo it. You do have rights to lengthen the ban with more time, but not 24 times.

 

I said "wow" three time non-consecutively.

And currently bans under one day do not work, hence longer ban length.

 

They werent consecutive because people shouted in between. You said it once every 2 seconds.

Admit it, I was allowed to message you. The ban was sudden. 2 minutes after I was done, the ban was taken into effect.

Then unban me after an hour.
This makes sense.

This is proof that you admit the ban was too harsh, and it should be a lot less.

There is nothing stopping you from unbanning me now.

Or we can just leave the ban as it is to our discretion. Spam does not always consist of bulk messages, it can consist of anything to the staff members discretion. Also, I don't care if your not calling her rank a 'piggie', and just her, it is just plain rude and unacceptable on this server by a veteran member.

Once again, she admitted the ban length was too long. Unbanning me now would be satisfactory.

If she continues dodging this thread until the end, ill take further action.
