Why we should consider your appeal:

It were not my intentions to blow up/grief the town. Because of an incident on another server with Erebus, I wanted to take revenge. I wasn't planning to blow up the town, but to scare Erebus. I placed tnt across the town to make a picture and send it to him. For some reason my computer crashed when I pressed f2 for the screenshot. When I logged back on I saw that the tnt had exploded. I am very sorry for this.

I ask for a reduction of the ban lenght, because this was my first infraction of this kind and I did not intend to harm anyone or anything. I can post a skype convo I had with tomrex about this proving my point this was not intentional(I posted it in my last appeal. I can post it again if requested, though it contains foul language).

I remember looking at the evidence in this case at the time, and I can assure you that you knew full well what you were doing when you lit that TNT. The only true parts about what you said was that you wanted revenge, and that you placed the TNT. You most definitely placed that and lit it with the intention of blowing up half the town.

 

This is not true. Back up your claims with proof. I never lit up tnt. There was a huge wooden house I lit up. I made sure firespread was off so that fire could not spread to tnt.

Also, could another staff member handle this please, because I don't like Oroperion and he doesn't like me.

Even if you just placed the TNT firespread was on and able to get to this. Here is some proof from Erebus on another skype conversation:

Erebus informed me that you did all this because of Erebus leaving your faction and/or doing something else to it on another server. Erebus believes that it was you and Tomrex.

 

Regardless of whether or not the Skype conversation can be used against him, the plethora of evidence against him is far more than enough to justify this ban. The Skype conversation was just to explain his motive.

I know he broke a major rule and did a lot of damage but I have forgiven him. He would not normally do something like. The only reason he did this was because of what I did to him on another server.

Regarding abby's proof. In none of those it is shown that I ignited any tnt. It only shows me placing tnt and fire. Firespread was off so I knew that the fire could not ignite the tnt. Once again, I did never intend to blow up the town, only scare erebus. I am very sorry for what I did and ask for at least a reduction of the ban, because this is my first (and last) offence of this type, I am not a danger to the server like a hacker or advertiser is. I promise I will change to the better and will never do this again. Thank you for considering.

 

There was damage done and TNT placed by you. The TNT ignited. It caused grief, and that's reasonable enough suspicion for a ban. If you banhistory was nicer, I may consider it after a month (as it has been) but right now it's too soon. Denied.
