If you want to get accepted, try to get used to what it's like on Meepcraft In-Game, Teamspeak, and Forums.

Before you apply again, work on your ts and forum activity. Find threads you like and post quality posts on them, or make some of your own. If you see someone doing something illegal in game, file a report with strong evidence and help without getting helper. Just overall, work on your activity in shout. If you really play for 10-16 hours a weekend I should be able to see you in game atleast once or twice.
