Ads are always perm. Once a helper temp-bans an advertiser for 7 days, a mod+ must perm them.

About your appeal: you did not commit the offence twice, however Helpers cannot perm, so they would alert a higher staff to do so, and temp you in the meantime. However, if you only mention the name, not the IP, and did not say 'Come to **********!' that is currently not bannable under the rules. Hope this helped :)
