Introduction: Hello! My name is George, and I am 10 years old. I have been playing Minecraft for 3 or 4 years. I play two sports, soccer and football. In these games I am a team player, which helps me work with other players quite easily. Since I have joined Meepcraft, I have had the most experience with towns. I play towns the most, and know almost all of the rules and commands, considering the several years that I have spent on the server. I have 2 younger brothers and 1 older, and I have learned to handle all of the situations/fights we have. I have been in the community for quite a bit of time now and have learned how to deal with all the different types of people. At school, I am a pretty smart kid. I get all my work done and do my homework and I get good grades in my subjects. Since I am still in elementary school, there aren’t many activities to be part of. However, one activity that I have done is the sound board for our school play. I controlled all the microphones, and I made the props. This is kind of like “behind the scenes” work, which is similar to the role Meepcraft staff play. I found Meepcraft when my friend had told me about it. When I first joined I had no idea what was happening and everyone was there to help me. Now when people join, I try to act the same way that everyone else did when I joined.

Why should you be Helper? I spend as much of my time as possible playing Meepcraft. When I am on, I am as active as I can be in global answering everyone's questions, and I am always paying attention to my chat. From the years spent on Meepcraft, I have improved a lot on my maturity. From the start, I remember being immature. However, since then, my maturity level has grown a lot, and I don’t say things in chat that may not be appropriate, or just are very immature. I feel that my level of maturity is above average for my age, which is one major reason that I think helps me stand out as a candidate for staff. Another strong quality I have is that I can stay calm during a tense situation, and make appropriate decisions to deal with it. For example, if someone took something from me and won’t give it back, I would stay calm and tell a staff member, or ask them nicely again to give it back. When I have to handle things in real life or in game, I take my time and hear both sides of the story, and then I deal with the problem. I like to take my time and spend as much time as each person needs in order to handle the situation with the best outcome as possible. As I have said above, I have 3 brothers, 2 younger, 1 older, which has taught me to deal with fixing the problems and fights we have. In situations where I am faced with a project or task, I do not procrastinate, and I work with good quality and efficiently. I think that my time zone and my activity can help the server’s goal of having staff on 24/7 because there are not many staff in the central time zone. Another aspect that I have mentioned in the introduction is that I play 2 sports, soccer and football. Both of these sports require you to be able to work with a team and communicate with other people. Since the years I have played these sports I have gotten better with people, talking, and not being as shy. This enables me to work well with other members on the staff team, and everyone in the Meepcraft community. When people join Meepcraft, I greet them and try to help them with everything they need. Also, I have owned multiple towns which gives me experience with greeting people and helping them become familiar with rules and commands if needed. I spend most of my time on Meepcraft in towny, which I think is good because a lot of players need help with towny andtowns is probably the aspect I have the most experience with.

What are your weaknesses? As I have said in my why section, I can stay calm in a lot of situations, although sometimes I can take it too far. I can stay calm, but sometimes I can have a big temper, too. This doesn’t happen a lot but there has been times when it has occurred. Another one of my weaknesses is being negative about myself. I have been working on being more positive about myself but similar to the temper issue, I can be negative about myself at times, too. Another weakness I have is patience. At times it is hard for me to stay patient and wait for things. No one is perfect and I will always try to work to improve on my weaknesses.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I would like to add that I have noticed when some people get denied, they just quit Meepcraft. However, I will still continue to help people and act how I normally do on Meepcraft.

I can tell how much all of this means to you, and I hope it all goes well. (You on discord talking about how nervous you are made me smile; I felt the same way when I posted mine) I do believe you have what it takes for an interview, and I haven't seen any situations that would have me at all worried about how you would respond to various situations with players. I like your app. You do seem a bit young for staff although if someone is qualified enough, age doesn't matter. Your app was impressive. I don't really know you well. Based on your app, I would +1, but until I know you better, I'm not leaving a vote.

So I've been talking to you a bit recently, and I've gotten to know you as a kind, friendly, and helpful player. You seem to really want this, as the app looked really good, especially for your age. In global, I see you being very helpful; not missing an opportunity to help out a player who needs it. And, even though you might be younger than the members of the current staff team, you seem to possess many of the qualities of a staff member. I feel that with the right training and support, you could become a really good member of the staff team. I'm a +1, best of luck!

I simply have a question with this.. Who or how many people are you referring to with this part?

For someone your age, I'm surprised by how you made the app. Course, no one would expect someone your age to make an outstanding application, and I'm glad you posted it. I already knew you a bit before (thought there were some complications with you and a certain player, it doesn't stay in my mind for this response) and you are a good a kid. You have good time slots that you can get on to watch over the server, which is good. I know school, however, may kick you back a notch, but nevertheless, staff will understand. Your intro is great, its something that I love to read from people because I'll be able to know much more about that single player in just one or two long paragraphs.Your Why you Should Be Helper section is great, leads me to think that you'll be a great staff member, and won't turn anyone down at all. Then your weaknesses. I've already seen this happen once. But, we all need to lose our cool at times, whenever we're pushed over the limit. Every current staff member will help you to control anger and will be there for you. You should also have activity in global in there as well. I asked you to be helpful more, and you have, but I asked for you to be more active in global for more than 2 weeks? Sure, 2 weeks have already passed, but I think only like a week and a half passed since the time I asked you to be active.

Overall, I'm a +1. Sadly, I won't be there for your app review, but I know many staff members agree that you'll be a great candidate for staff.
