Introduction: I really don't see a point in this but anyway Im a piano artist im tech savvy I'm single and all dubarian (STOP ASKING ME OUT ELLIE!) not to mention Ive made plenty of songs put on community concerts AND am the proud owner of my own town (eggcity)(we all love you ellie'egg) Also ive been around since 2014

Why should you be Architect? I have prior experiance building lots of stuff and i find it fun to build off of others and add details to old maps and stuff like houses

*Update* I added a few new things in the words and added another build quickly and hastly made so I can make a modern home also i have 2 finished builds in my town that are houses inspired by places and one brick one thats not done LOVE!

*Update again...* I have added a modern dark oak house and i made it in less than 10min

-1 because I think you're immature and your builds aren't that impressive. You've got what it takes but it takes time so just try build different styles and themes and larger scale projects to show you can take on an architect job.

But asides from that, your application was very weak, and you hardly put any effort towards your builds as well. There were some spelling errors and grammar issues, but mainly, you need to focus on putting more effort, not just constantly becoming desperate, and changing your application (which is illegal).

And, not to forget, you need to be 100% serious on your application, and make yourself look professional, my first thoughts when reading your application, was that you're immature, and yet, the first thing you stated in your intro was that you didn't see a point for an introduction, so whats the point of applying then? What good will that do to make yourself look like an architect? For now, I'm a -1, but keep in mind, you can eventually become an architect, just put in more effort, and keep building. Good luck!

Im going to be straight with you, now. I don't want to be mean but your builds aren't great at all. They don't nearly compare to those of the other architects. Every app you make, it seems to be the same style of builds and you aren't seeming to improve from the advice you're being given. It's the same thing I've thought in the beginning: your builds have no detail and do not stand out at all. Your app was extremely difficult to read, and looked like it was written by someone much younger than the age of 15. What's the need for the constant use of the caps and the failed attempted humour? Apps are meant to be serious and proffesional. Overall, you're not nearly ready for this position. I hope you put a lot of work into your builds and work on your maturity. I'm a strong -1 at this time.

 

Have to say, coming from me, who is currently banned, and who builds a crap ton in creative, i think u just need to spend time on larges called projects, atm, id say u do not have what it takes to be up there with the archs. Sorry.

 

heyo, i'm at a -1 for now.
your builds are a good starting point, however as Mega said they lack the scale and complexity that the current architects' builds possess. i like to build myself, and one of the best things to do if you want to improve your builds is to look at others and gain inspiration! as well, looking online for tutorials with advice about how to build more creatively, be more detail oriented and simply add more pizzazz to your builds is a great idea.
remember that beautiful, big builds that you see online and around the server take time and dedication - so don't rush things! you may become impatient and that's okay, however rushing yourself to improve isn't a good idea. focus on one build and make it extraordinary!

You are not ready, in its simplest form. First, I am feeling that you are not taking staff positions seriously. In fact you have spent incredibly small time on this application, which reflects the amount of work you will put if you get staff.
Second, I'm not good at building but I do not find your screenshots to be amusing.

Since I do not know you very well, I'll be judging by your builds alone.
Honestly, I don't think they're architect worthy. Our team is pretty good at it's current size, and it constitutes of many talented builders. I would be a plus one if you had something special and unique to offer. If I'm being honest with you, the builds which you presented weren't bad (much better than what I could do) but they were very average.
Also, I suggest that, if you were to reapply, you post some examples of World Edit or Voxel builds.

My point is, don't show a sense of immaturity on applications, and actually put in some effort towards making yourself look like an ideal person who can handle the job correctly. The more you capture the attention of the audience, and give everyone a good impression of yourself, the higher chance you have to become the specific staff member. No, what I said, did not mean you cannot make jokes and stuff, what I said meant that you cannot turn your words into receiving an "unsuitable for the job" impression from the community.

Moreover, you can easily tell when someone is starting to become, or is desperate for the role when they edit their application for certain people, they edit their application to counter criticism from other people, making it look like they never intended to say that.
This, is not a good thing, I am not saying mowglisd is desperate or something for the role, but I agree perfectly that you do not need to be 100% serious, treating it like some critical mission, leaving the happiness behind. The point is: you need to accept criticism, you shouldn't change your application just to counter what one said. And don't treat this like some critical mission and let some humor or happiness out as well. This does not specifically target mowglisd. This is simply clarification of what I truly meant...

Along with what is in your app, your attitude is very cocky and poor, and very unlike anything anyone would want to see in a staff member. You have not improved on anything anyone has told you in any of your previous apps. If you can't put in effort I don't see why you should be accepted.
