Considering you betrayed the staff team, lied to us and myself and my friends, cursed us out, not to top with the fact that you consistently got salty when you were not promoted as fast as you would like, attention seeking to hell, and that your modreqs were not as well managed as they could be and corners were often cut, overall I don't think you were a good staff member and I have no reason to +1.
Edit: I know this is literally going yo change nothing due to the sucking up, but Im gonna put the post up anyways. No reason not to.

 

I never lied or at least meant to lie. I know I did crap that was awful in the past and I hope that I can prove myself worthy this time. I felt betrayed lied to and to this day unsure of all that happened but have tried my hardest to make amends and earn trust and forgiveness. What in my modreqs was not adequate ? I always tried to make sure each one was answered thoroughly and carefully. I want to make sure that I know what I can do better. I also never ever ever tried to cut corners and would like to know what you meant by that so that I can legitimately improve myself.

 

Where do I start?

Hestia, you were made for this role. You know all commands, rules, and everything a helper needs to know on the back of your hand. If you were put in as a helper this very second, I have no doubt you'd know the same as an old helper or even more. You are such an organized and efficient person and there's nothing more I can say to express this. You're such a hard worker too, and making video footage of your application just goes above and beyond.

Even though you're absolutely fantastic, there's a problem. When working with you in the past, or now in legend, you're extremely moody. One moment you could be all cheery and happy, and the next you can be pissed by a single breath or action. You work hard and always have goals that you achieve and go above and beyond with but you're moodiness can be somewhat troubling. We've had a few bad experiences in the past, which, are usually handled quite negatively if you're in a bad mood.

In conclusion (I'm not even exaggerating) you're flawless for this role in terms of knowledge that you have, your strong charisma, your great collaboration, and everything in between. Most of this post is just babbling about the same point, but I strongly mean it. However, when I take a step back and look what's happened in the past with some situations with you, it just builds so much anxiety and stress within me that it almost makes you unbearable sometimes. I know this post sends mixed messages as to what I'm communicating, but to put it briefly, you're like a coin to me. One side is that you're one of the greatest people I've ever met and others did too, but on the flip side your 'dark side' worries me. You need to keep this heavily under control.

yup I could use this as an app lol. It's not my ability to do the job that holds me back but my personality. I am working very, very hard on this. I know that it's my responsibility and not anyone else to make myself better but if you want to say something like "earth to hestia" or "are you getting dizzy because the world is revolving around you really fast" so that I can take a deep breath. I will also try to watch my eating because I know the last few days I was awful because I wasn't eating enough. Other than that it just takes hard work on my part. Work that I will gladly put in and keep training to stay away from my "dark side." The brain is a muscle and I have to train certain neural pathways to become stronger. But I completely agree with this analysis 100%

You lied to me way to many times. You were literally the source of the lies that led to many of the fights between servers and you spread WAY to much drama. I really dont feel you love Meep as much as you say you do. Sorry but for me its a -1.

I feel sooooo bad about this. Like believe me. I tried my hardest to end drama and yet made it worse. I hold honesty in high regard so please believe that my lies were unintentional. There are so many things I'd do over again if I had the chance but I'm a work in progress. I've felt bad about all the incidents that I caused and really want to make things right because I do love meep. Throughout being staff on naturalis I was in there defending it because I had hoped some sort of alliance could come to be. I want to personally apologize to you at some point about everything- is your teamspeak still up? I'm not saying it was not my fault because it definitely was and the choices I made were wrong but I've regretted what I did for months and the majority of what I did I believed was the right thing to do. I never actively wanted to hurt meepcraft but I went about things terribly and failed. If this is denied, I'd hope that there could be some way else I could earn your forgiveness because I really want to make things right.

I've been completely oblivious to this. I don't know what happened but I am so sorry. That makes me feel terrible that I caused something like that to happen. If you want to dm me and let me know that'd be good because like I said I don't know where you are coming from with this and want to make things that I did ok. Naturalis was kind of a dark time for me but that was 5 months ago and I hope that I can grow out of that person into someone better.

 

I have played with you a little, and never seen any of the issues seeming to be brought up in the replies to this application.

Really unique application, Im not sure I prefer it to one that we can read, but it shows you care, and it is more obvious time would be put into making videos than is apparent in a normal application (what a run on).

I think you would do good Hestia, as long as you don't bring back the past (from the comments it sounded like insanity). +1
