Lost VIP

Hey Guys,

My IGN is Camando_Riley and around Christmas of 2014, I bought VIP. I quit playing for over a year and when I got back, I had nothing. I don't have any receipts or screenshots but if it helps I think my old friend GIGAWATTS remembers. I understand this looks bad but I really want to start playing again.

 

Do you have screenshots of yourself that clearly shows you being vip?

 

We need screenshots to refund ranks, and we unfortunately can't make any exceptions. This is to prevent people from claiming things they didn't have. (Not that I'm saying you are doing that)

What you can do is
1) find a staff member that remembers you with your rank
2) talk to your girlfriend and see if she has any screenshots
3) look your name up on a search site and see if there are images
4) go through old posts on this site and see if you are in it

did you check under your bed? i always lose my vip passes ther

We can use screenshots of the player with the rank to check deeper for a issue that occured with ranks after the reset.
