I'm selling my Alpha Town, 'TheVillage' which is the home to:
Pwarp Trade - Auto-sorts approx 300 items. Just dump the items in a chest, and they will automatically sort into labeled chests with overflow. Also a shop containing over 100,000 items, many are valuable.
Pwarp Enchanted - A well known Enchanted Book shop with extra rooms for more shop-goodness on the sides
Private Villager Trading Buildings - Over 60 villagers, many are librarians with great enchanted book trades

No offense but your really not trust worthy because you have "scammed" a lot of people by not paying them back,

 

Nuke you can't afford anything and you're in debt atlas 1mil. If anything you make -500k a day.

Long story short, never sell to someone in debt with a history
