503 error

So I have never noticed this before it might be my own computer but it happened on my tablet to so I don't know, when ever I click on my alerts tab the error happens but something strange is I can click on it when I don't have any alerts and its fine but when I do the error happens but all I have to do is refresh the page and it takes me to the normal alert thing, the error also happens when I click to enlarge a photo on someones post or whenever I click on someones profile but occasionally it happens when I right click on someones post to quote it which cant be fixed because if you refresh the page it deletes the post. Plz fix and thankyou.

 

Hey there, what internet browser are you using? There are known issues with browsers like Internet Explorer so I suggest you use Google Chrome or some other modern browser.

Also can you post a screenshot of the error? You can google how to do that.

 

Yah I am using google chrome and I have never updated it I have been using it without problems for the past six months on this website or any other.

of course ill first ask you have you tried to uninstall and re install ?
second if so have you check or scanned for virus's ?
maybe a better description of what is exactly happening would definitely help me figure out fully what is going on.

 

Yah I used the free macfee trial even tho its crap and it found nothing, I have not tried to install or reinstall because its not my desktop also happened on my tablet, and I will try to go into more detail tomorrow because its 2am and I am tired.

Hmm I cant get it to happen at all anymore, I cant really give anymore detail if you have any more specific questions just ask them and I will try to give a better answer.

This happened again and you can see in the address bar I was on my profile alerts.

 

This is indeed server side but it's also something that I believe was fixed by fuzzlr.
I'm gonna let this report sit a couple days because connection and server issues in general are still happening but if nothing else happens I"ll move it.

No complaints. no issues.
Moving to resolved. Let me know if you have this problem again, even after refreshing the page a few times, and I'll reopen it.
