Introduction: Hi most of you know me by DQ33, but some know me by Anna. I'm a 14yr old dancer who has some time to do whatever I want to do! I've been playing meep sense 2014 and I have met some really nice players, and also some mean ones. I feel that this game has taught me a lot of things about the world. That there are not always nice people in world. Not everyone is going to agree with you. Not everyone is going to like you. But you know what? That's OKAY! I accept that, and you should too.

Why should you be Helper? -I want to be a helper because I am patient, mature and serious when I need to be.
-I'm a forward kinda girl. When I start a project...I'm gonna finish it.
-I respect other peoples rank, religion and overall accepting of people.
-Also I love helping people, all the time!

What are your weaknesses? I can't really say that I don't have any weaknesses, because everyone has a weakness. Nobody's perfect. And I'm okay with that! And you should be too. I do have to say that I get upset when a new player is having a hard time trying to figure out the server. Like when they do not know how to use /g or join a town, or even get back to /spawn! I try to help them the best I can though!

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I just got TS so I'll try to be as active as I can. I'm new to it and still figuring it out!

I'm sorry but I can't see you as a staff member. From what I've seen on forums, you're incredibly biased, sometimes over-sensitive, and more importantly immature. All my experiences with you first hand were pleasant, but I definitely wouldn't trust you with my modreq.

Things to work on:
- Maturity: This is a big one, try working on being more professional, be someone people can look up to.

- Team Speak Activity: I know I'm not on as often, but I've never seen you on ts at all. Even at times when I was on everyday.

- Sensitivity: While it may seem unimportant, if you're easily offended you could make rash snap decisions.

Hello, Anna!

You remind me of me so much omg! I see you reporting injustice on forums, and you post on lots of threads, and that's great! Don't stop doing that! However, I believe you should cut down on the 'I <3 Staff!' and stuff. Yes, I understand you want to be seen by them and that's fine, so I'll let that slide (another thing I totally did.)

Also, one issue I have noticed is a larger one; you don't help people in global. You really need to get on this because this shows what your knowledge and capabilities are.
To add, try to get more active on our teamspeak server. I know I have seen you, but really try to connect with different members. You're (apparently) really good at showing respect and holding conversations with people, so this shouldn't be too hard.

One problem though, is that I could have sworn I saw a ban appeal from you...

You were given a language ban less than 24 hours ago. If you cant follow the simple rules of meepcraft what makes you think you can enforce them?

 

I lost my temper with Boombox123 for glitching in my home and killing my horses. I promise that won't happen again.

 

I just got a teamspeak, so I will work on my activity.

 

Your application was quite short, but it wasn't awful at conveying your thinking. It's your conduct around MeepCraft that makes me question this - while you are a very sweet and nice person, you can lose control of your maturity sometimes. I think this is something you've noticed and it's one of the more prominent things to improve upon.

It's nice to see that you have learned some things from the internet, but one more is that you need some rough skin - sensitivity, as mentioned by others above, can be an issue. I'd suggest watching your temper, too; do what you did to the player you were banned for language towards while a Helper and you'll get demoted, but something mildly insulting towards another player not meant as a joke? Definitely a stern talking-to and blemish on your record.

You do like reporting things, but work on your professionalism. You are definitely someone I can see maturing over time and becoming a staff member - I'd suggest taking a few things from the posts made here. Good luck.

I won't leave a vote for now, but I am leaning towards an +/-, because you have good intentions and don't troll or be mean/rude on purpose, although you can have your worse moments.

EDIT: Never mind. After seeing your post when I looked at the thread again:

I will be at a -1. Don't show inability to handle criticism on your application, of all places.

 

I certainly feel like you have potential, but this run will be a -1 from me.
You're capable in kindness and hard work, but I believe you need to know a little more about the server before you can become a good helper.
-Firstly, you just got Teamspeak yesterday. Stick around for a bit. Meet the players that talk there, get more friends...Teamspeak is a great way to let yourself be known, and help people understand your personality.
-Secondly, this application is short. Introduce yourself to those who don't know you. Explain yourself in more detail. A good idea is to look at past applications in accepted and read how descriptive those are. Remember, editing your application is highly frowned upon.
-I feel that temper is also an issue as well. You're going to have to deal with all kinds of people as a helper; even those you don't like. If you get mad at someone you have to control yourself. Keep that in mind. Work on some self-control, and that would be great!
-Help a little more in general. Prove to us that you understand the server and its functions to the extent that you can explain them to other people.
I believe you can do all these things if you try. You're a great person, but there needs to be more familiarity with certain aspects of the server. You just got a language ban and lost your temper with a player. How do I know you won't lose your temper with a different person as staff, that makes the team look bad! @Bloopers has posted he's pretty sure you said you'd never apply for staff, that's a promise, right? You would also have the power to /ban, and sense you got all fired up at boombox, you might think as to ban him again.

Keep workin on this,

Work on writing more, add more about your strengths and what you could do to help improve the quality of the server.

Work on all these and try for it again in a couple months, that should be more than enough time to completely ready yourself.

You just sound like someone who will be extremely biased (letting your friends go off with an easy ban when they shouldn't)

I honestly thought you were like 10 or 11 before this app. Just keep working on maturity.

 

I don't see you being able to handle the helper position. If you don't want Muunkee to state her opinion about you, do not apply for staff.

You are simply too immature for the staff position. Today I logged on, and said in trade chat I'd sell a $10 rank for 800k if anyone was interested. You went on to say twice in global "vip is only 500k!!", which I simply laughed off and ignored. Then xtJunior asked me a question, to which I answered "nah junior". Apparently this offended as you incredibly immaturely answered "Your a junior!"
If I joined a server and saw a staff member behaving like you do, I would leave.

You've certainly got potential but criticism from @Muunkee - Alexia is the best thing you can do, you are very defensive and I think you need to be more calm and less over-reactive? I used to be like that too but I changed. You can do It! I know you can. Take peoples advise, itll help, Make a stronger app as well, it was really weak and didn't give me a ton of detail.

Hai DancingQueen! Its nice to meet you, my name is Forte.
I have seen you around a little bit, I am going to say a couple things you
need to work on, not saying its a "bad" thing. Just for future reference.

-Your application; was short, I wish you spent more time writing it,
explaining more why you should be helper, your personality,
your hobbies an what you like to do, and what your weaknesses are.

-Activity on Forums, TeamSpeak and in game.
Your activity in /g is not super great, I see you chat sometimes but not helping,
by that I mean not answering questions, or helping someone find a town/plot for a house. Etc..
Your forums activity is great, however as you said, you just got TeamSpeak yesterday.
I want you to have a healthy balance of all three.

-Maturity, getting angry/upset is a big deal, to be a Helper, you have to be very professional. (not in all cases)
I want you to practice stepping back and thinking about what you're going to say (or type) before you say it.

Is this going to hurt someone?
Is this going to be relevant?

Every time someone says something rude, or something upsets you,
I want you to take a step back and think what exactly you are going to say before you say it.
What you say really matters, and it impacts others.
Calmly say what you thought about, it will be much appreciated.

This has really helped me a lot, I hope you will review this once in awhile.

My thoughts are that you need to mature a little bit, get known with the community more.
Get familiar with the server, commands.
I know you have a lot of potential, you are a strong capable person.
I believe you can work on what I gave you (and what a couple other people said too)

Its a no vote for now, I hope you understand and take responsibility for yourself and your actions.
