Bug: My inventory is glitching with the Meep texture pack.

Date of Bug: March 21st, 2016

Summary of Bug: So when I open my inventory it's not the normal blue background for the inventory; instead, it's this horrid yellow thing that is cancer for the eyes... really. I don't understand--I have tried to re-log a lot. I don't know if this is some change Meep made or an actual bug/glitch. Honestly, the background on my inventory looks like two side by side yellow banners (at least it looks that way to me). Edit: I'm not sure if this could be a problem with my Minecraft, not the server, but I think it has to do with the texture pack.

Additional information: When I do /chest or /echest it's still the normal blue background.

 

Simplest solution: Turn off the server texture packs. There's an option if you edit the server name and IP. There should be a button that turns off the texture pack.

 

So, the Meep texture back is back to normal after about 30-45 minutes, but I still have one question: why did this happen?

 

It's a glitch. I don't think it's anything major, really. My inventory once had the Facebook logo as background, that was pretty weird. It went away after I relogged though.

 

That's even stranger then my problem.

 

Wasn't a huge deal for me. I never thought of it as a bug, more like a glitch.

 

That's pretty much the same thing.

It's not only server packs, but just the game in general. I've had it before and I never use server packs.

Just completely restart your MC client or just ignore it.

 

What version of minecraft are you using?

 

I am using version 1.8.9.

 

Hm, Best to disable the texture pack for now not sure why it would do this, my guess was the 1.9 update but you are using 1.8.9

 

Yea, I've had it in 1.8.7 and it was a red banner back ground like that.
