Introduction: Hello I am Madeline, but most of you know me as LadyReggles44. I have two sisters and one brother and go to Middle school. I enjoy cheerleading reading and playing meepcraft, I also enjoy cooking. Most of my friends call me funny kind and smart. I do quite wellin school though I could fix my grammar.

Why should you be Helper? I think I should be helper because I know most of the commands. I enjoy helping players/people. I work well in frustrating/hard situations because while in cheer I have to work very hard to learn all the jumps, cheers and I have to work well with my fellow cheerleaders and not get mad or give up. I am also able to put trust into people/players because in cheer I fly and to fly you must be able to put trust into the base and trust them not to drop you while doing stunts. I can work very quickly and get the job done without giving up. I have also learned when it is appropriate to be immature and when its needed to be serious. I would also like to be helper, so I can help improve old or new users experience on meepcraft. If there was a player breaking a rule I would like to inform them they were breaking a rule and give them a warning I would not enjoy ruining a players experience by having to kick or ban them beacause they did something wrong especially if they did not know they were doing wrong. I joined meepcraft looking for a towny server and at first I couldn't even figure out how to leave spawn, but then when I finally did I joined a town and then needed help it made me happy when someone came to help me with my issue. I would love to help a new players and help them have a better and easier experience. I do not care for the title "helper" even if I get denied I would still like help players with anything helper or not. Thank-you so much for taking your time to read this application

What are your weaknesses? 1st I can be very stubborn at times.

I'm sorry, but your maturity is an issue, but you also don't know the rules very well. I don't know if you have familiarized yourself with the server enough.

However I'm obliged to give "constructive criticism" according to new forum rules but from previous experience I know for a fact that 12 year olds don't take too kindly to any form of criticism, nevertheless...
Quite frankly I'm not sure where to start, your application was borderline horrible, your introduction somehow was even worse for me. Secondly, you don't seem that great in-game, now I'm not the one qualified enough to judge, returning shortly and all that jazz, however you just haven't left a mark on me proving you're staff worthy.

#FlyerBuddies. I hope you enjoy cheer. I loved it. I definitely can say that anything you said about cheerleading here and how it helps you be better person is 100% in the right direction. I see some people mentioning that most of what you talk about is cheer, and if that's your passion, go for it! Just remember to spend a bit more time talking about other things. Once you leave that sport (whenever it may be), it's very tough to get out of that phase of talking about it and doing it all the time. Cheer is a lot of work with unnoticed effort with people you may not get along with, and staff is the same exact thing!

I've only had some /g experiences of seeing you. While it is little known that I'm online, I lurk around sometimes and just watch the community while growing my carrots. Back to experiences in seeing you: There was some immaturity there, but not a whole lot for your age from what I've seen. Maybe it's only the comments I've seen? People cannot expect a 12 year old to "act like" an adult, or those in high-rank. That's plain non-sense. There is always room to work on it, and you will get there in time. It just takes a little bit of holding back some thoughts and acts, but you'll be able to do it.

TeamSpeak activity is not a crucial thing. While it is nice to be active and just be on there. I know parents put restrictions on things, or one can be shy. I still am not a fan of TS, but I'll go on occasionally.

The one red-flag I saw in your application is where you say you would be weary to kick or ban someone because they did something wrong. I know where you are coming from because it is a hard spot to be in. However, you'll have to understand that you'll eventually have to get over that and just know that you have to do it. While you may be ruining someone's day, you will also be helping one or more (more often than not) player(s). Where people are saying it's a little bit weak, I don't really see where they are coming from. It was actually pretty good compared to other people who have been accepted. Straight to the point, and no fluff. In the future, if you have to end up writing another application, maybe lengthen it and give people who don't know you yet more of a chance to get to know you? Overall, I'm a +1 for interview. I'm not 100% on a +1 for staff yet as I haven't gotten to know you, but I'm sure by the time this application has more feedback and has been looked at, you will have been improving some aspects people have been talking about (being more active/helpful in /g, working on immaturity, TS activity). For those who think you don't know the rules, prove them wrong by talking to them about some. It's one ting to read the rules, but it's another to understand and carry out those rules. False. You can be immature at times. Most staff members if not all are immature at times. There's no denying this.

Anyway on to the application. It's good to see that you are telling us what you're capable off. However, you also mentioned that you will not ban/kick people especially if they are doing something wrong and they did not know it was wrong. It is good but quite worrying at the same time. You see, I can simply tell you that I didn't know what I was doing and may get off smoothly. Having too much trust in people can result into serious consequences. You can easily avoid this though. Just simply talk to another staff member about it if you are unsure. But seeing there are times where the server may have you the only staff online, you may arguably make wrong decisions.
I don't see you much helping in game. -1 for now.

Hi Lady, I handled one of your modreqs about harassment from another player a few days (10) ago. Without getting into many details, you too were being rude and even harassing the other player. I'm glad that you recognised this as "stubbornness" in your application but you don't say how you will improve upon that. While its good to be adamant about something, you shouldn't be rude about it. If you figure out a way to improve that, maybe by listening to both sides of a story and being true to yourself , and become a bit more helpful in-game, I think you would be a really enthused and good helper.
