Denied Regarding my "Xray Usage"

I swear I did not use Xray, can you track the IP of the computer who logged in my account that day? Please if it shows two different IP's can you please tell me? And, I would like to see the evidence you have of my player using Xray. When and where did this occur? I am very serious and upset about this event, for I never use any hacks or mods. I do not want to be banned from my only beloved server for "crime" I did not commit. Also, take a look at my balance and think rationally, does it look like I need Xray to obtain valuable materials? I sacrificed whole days and nights to play on this server, and although school and homework devote most of my time, that does not stop me from playing on this amazing server and it is the only reason I ever play Minecraft. Also, I'm going through some rough economy stuff right now and it saddens me that I spent my money on something that I cannot even play on ;( Thank you in advance!

I can not handle this appeal because I banned you, but here is the evidence... Looks a lot like X-ray to me.

 

Please reply and tell me if even this is not allowed and please consider my appeal, I do not think I deserve this. :/

 

And should I be banned for it? :/ I think I deserve another chance, and I promise I will never abuse that glitch ever again. I am a man of my word and I keep my promises.

 

Glitch abuse is a perm ban, and you can re-appeal in 2 months for a better chance at being unbanned.

 

Does it say that anywhere in the rules? How was I supposed to know that I'd be banned for doing that?

The use of any hack, modification, glitch, or texture pack to give yourself an unfair advantage falls under this category. Suspicion of use of a hacked client is sufficient enough to ban. The things that violate this rule are, but not limited to:

• A modified Minecraft client
• Any Full-Bright modification
• Any X-Ray related mod/texture pack/glitch
• Any form of speed hacks
• Any form of PVP hacks
• Any form of duplication, or “duping”
• Any form of parkour hacks
• Using any glitch that gives you an unfair advantage, or being warped somewhere that requires you to use a glitch
• Altering the Gamma of your client to simulate the effects of a full-bright modification (Donors with a full-bright perk are an exception to this rule)
• Macros, autoclickers, or devices set up to simulate either autoclicker or macro
• Scripts, or bots, or other externally semi-automated or automated functioning

 

Dont you think a perm ban is a bit harsh? :/ I mean, okay you've proven your point but a permanent ban..?

 

Glitch abuse has always been Perm, You lied in the last appeals about this. If you came right out with it. it might have been dif.

 

I specified that I did not use a hack or mod. A glitch is different. I thought somebody got into my account and did that. I will not waste any more of your time though, if that is what it is, then I guess ill have to go with it. Thank you..
