Introduction: Hai! I'm LIL_RAZOR. My favorite thing to do is play on meepcraft, as it is my favorite server . I love interacting with players, as it allows me to make new friends and learn. Something everyone should know in life is what they are missing out on. What everyone should experience in life is meepcraft! Our server is home to people of all ages, and we will always remain a strong community. The only reason why I have stayed on meep is because of its growth. We all have gone a long way into life, and that leads to challenges and surprises. Though my elbow is broken (lol), meepcraft has helped me grow and learn more. Because of my experiences, I know I would make an excellent addition to the staff team. Also, if you are applying for staff, good luck!

Why should you be Helper? Like I have said many times before, we are all mature in our own way. Some people are the "dumb" kind of mature (like me), some are the "smart" kind of mature, and some are just the regular mature type. I know everyone here is equal like me, and who knows, maybe a citizen with smarts might become staff. Also, NEVER feel as if you’re in my shadow. I’m specifically saying this to my sister. I'm here to support you guys, not to "rule" over. We should always be there for one another. Knowing this, I have a feeling I have a future in meepcraft as helper.

What are your weaknesses? Anger Issues- I have been trying to work on controlling my emotions. By learning on meep, its been easier to control myself.

Huge arguments- I always try to solve other people's problems/arguments for them. However, things can get really big. When the whole thing causes a break up, I can get very upset, or overwhelmed.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: At the moment my microphone is not working, so it may be a while before I can buy a new one. Because of this, is there a way I could have the interview in-game, if I even do get accepted? Also, my elbow makes it slow to type. I may be afk a lot, because it broke. However, I will always try my best to help .

Hey Lil!

Staff always (I'm pretty sure) want interviews done via voice. This shows that it's actually you who is talking about it, not someone else.

I also feel like you are a little immature. I don't really see you at staff at this point, but maybe in a few months. Your intro was really good, but maybe just keep out the smileys to make it look more professional! Your activity is also good, I've seen you online quite a bit, but improve the forums activity, and I can't say much about TeamSpeak since I barely go on it myself.

Now your why. It started off great, then I scrolled down and there was no more why. You really should write more! It's a great start but go more in depth with WHY you REALLY want to be staff!

Razor, I feel that you are helpful and active and nice enough in-game, however you recently broke your elbow and you had told me that it is difficult for you to do basic things.

Recover from the injury and make another app, then I'll change my vote.

 

It's a -1 for me. I don't feel you are quite ready yet, you didn't really clarify and specify why you should become a helper, you just talked about different types of maturity, i also think you should add more to your answers to make them better! Having anger issues is something you can work on, but that wouldn't be too good when helping out on a daily bases stressful situation, you could give us a little more detail, anyways good luck.

App wasn't very good and there wasn't any real detail in there. Work on it, make it more professional, have people proofread it.

You cannot have an interview in game. The purpose of having a voiced interview is because it's a lot easier to know a person's words, how truthful they're being, and how well they handle things, it's easier to see that if I can just hear you. I can say anything typed out, I'm a lot more reserved in a vocal environment. Especially in something like an interview.

You're active in game, but not super active on forums, not active at all on TS. You should be active on all 3 ahead of time before applying.

I have not seen you help once in global. I've seen a lot of immaturity from you, but I'll admit it's gotten better.

Overall, you really need to work on some issues. I think in a month and ahalf - two month's time you can get it, but only if you try really hard.

You are super friendly and knowledgeable about the server, and you are active. I can see you being staff in the future, but right now, I feel maturity is something to work on. You should figure out your problems with teamspeak before applying as well.
