Introduction: Hello, im DiamondTigerTD and love Tigers :3. I enjoy playing Minecraft, a little too much, and if i can play it i will. I am very friendly and love meeting people and making new friends. I also know A LOT about minecraft because before i got it i constantly looked at facts about minecraft and watch a lot of videos about minecraft.

Why should you be Helper? i feel like i should be staff because on the weekends i am very free.(i have no IRL friends :3) i get very bored easily, so i notice many things going on in chat. Meepcraft has been great to me so I feel as if I should give back with my free time. I also like helping. i feel accomplished and excited when i help someone. i also feel i have strong morals that fit well with the rules of meep.

What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are i cant bullies. i dont like it when people are rude, racist, sexist, or homophobic. Another weakness is that my parents are strict so some days i may not be able to get on. I can also find myself annoying; I try to catch myself when i am and shut up but i sometimes dont realize it.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I learn easily and try my best at the task i am given.

Okay well, you get mad WAY to easily and over the littlest things. Someone played a small little joke on you and you got PISSED! Honestly also you are the can dish it out but can't take it. You get so mad when someone jokes around with you but you can joke around/insult others without thinking of their feelings. You also are not patient, which is a quality a staff member should posses. Also, you are pretty immature. You aren't extremely active either, nor do you speak in /g much so not many people know of you.

I feel like you are a little too immature. If you are actually 16, right this like one of those 2 page long papers!
This app was very short. Give us more reason! Tell us more about yourself! Everyone has more weaknesses then that. Go to the accepted section of Staff Applications and look at the stuff that they wrote about!
You are not very active, only seen you once, work on that!
Also, on your weekend hours, please post a range of hours.

Your app was not very good and contained more useless fluff I didn't need than actual content. You also clearly didn't proofread, which shows your lack of effort.

You only have 14 posts on forums, and before today there's a few in late july, then late June. You need to be really active, I'm talking daily.

TS activity is alright, I have no complaints.

IG, I see you, I have never seen you help. Players in the community need to be able to see you helping, especially after you become staff. Players feel a lot more comfortable with a staff member that they know knows what they're doing.

You're very immature everywhere, work on that.

You advertised your app which is a big big no-no.

Trevor, you are one great friend! But I'm really sorry to say this but -1. I have to be truthful. You're really immature and you know you are, you've even said it before. As metzy said, you get mad very easily, with staff you need to handly criticism and I'm not sure you will be able to do that. In your why statement I wasn't really convinced, just cause you have free time and you're bored isn't really a reason why. Also, in /g, I never see you talking/helping, but you do talk on teamspeak a lot which is good.
In your introduction, tell everyone who you are and not your minecraft life. Yours I's are bugging me cause they aren't capitalized and your writing was a little poor and I know you can write better

You aren't really that mature, and you don't have some of the great qualities for staff, such as patience and keeping a level head.

When you were in my town, (way long time ago) you were massively impatient. I haven't really seen any change from that in you. Also, while in teamspeak you don't really talk to many different people. You are active there, I'll give you that, but you are always with 3-4 of the same people and move groups of someone else joins.

I honestly don't care about the fact that you advertised your application. Although I care about he you reacted to it, and didn't understand it at all.

You know you can't advertise your app in chat, so asking for feedback seems a little stupid. How do I know you wouldn't do that as staff, misjudge a rule and accidentally break it?

- App was short, take a look at accepted apps to see what the staff will look for
- For time zone reasons, put in the state you live in
- Everyone doesn't like bullies, and how is that a weakness?
- I do see you on a lot, which is good

I think your very honest + trustworthy. I love the passion you have for life and minecraft is something you a particular passion for.

I can see how you would make a positive contribution as a helper in particular with victims, its something else I believe you would be passionate about. However I would have some concerns and how you might react to culprits or who is being presented as the culprit.
There is always two sides to every story and all too often it can come down to who presents the best story. Good story telling is a skill of good scammers. I would also have concerns on how you might react to negativity even if its not true or fair, but it comes with the job and is guaranteed to be directed at every staff member.

I definitely think you should go forward for interview and I would think that the process together with the experience of the current staff members would be the deciding factor. Your success will then be based on how you handle yourself at interview. Understand that to be a successful staff member you will be required to maintain professionalism at all times as a representative of the server. This may require you to restrain your passionate nature.

So +1 , best of luck and let the interview decide.
