Towny war?

i just have a question I wanted to ask: what is towny war? And what's the point of it? I've just been wondering :l

 

towny war is a war between nations, The towns in the nations at war can battle, all pvp is activated, griefing is enabled and it can literally destroy a town. no plot are safe. the point I believe is just to add more fun ,looting. Towny war is not active on meep atm but it once was.



Anyone Have any other info..? Please add it

Yes but on most servers it's only for one day each week, or less.

It's been a very, very long time since I played towny wars but can't you just go in and steal from everybody. I can't remember exactly how it worked, but there was a smart system. It also promoted having fewer towns with more residents and thus actual communities within towns.

I would have towny wars on Meep any day, heck I might even make an effort to come on once or twice a week if it's implemented.

Towny wars were my favorite part of meep. With things like horses towny war would be an amazing addition. I have made many posts about re-adding towny war, but, even though they get overwhelming support, they still are not accepted. Most people say it makes people sad if they lose their stuff, but participating in a towny war would be 100% optional.

 

If they had something like /t toggle war, I would be fine with towny war. But I put to much work into my town to see it get destroyed by war
