Introduction: Hello My name is Chris and I and applying for helper! To start off i'd like to tell you, dear reader a bit about myself in terms of you getting to know me. I am a 16 year old boy and i live in the lovely province of Quebec up in Canada. I enjoy making friends, coding ,playing with friends, doing flips on my trampoline, swimming, and diving. But most of all, i love to help people! I am very good at playing the waiting game which I hear is required to obtain the position. I have owned many servers but none lasted very long. For the sake of applying for helper, I canceled my most recent server because I felt that it would get in the way of my attempts and also because it's way to much work to build a server on your own. I have no jobs in real life but I plan on applying for either McDonalds or Tim Hortons (Tim Hortons is the Canadian version of Dunkin' Doughnuts except it's 100% better).

I found out about Meepcraft through a server database and I was only attracted to the parkour and mini-games. The small population of Meep allowed me to connect and make new friends with players from all over the world. And I plan on continuing this for the rest of my days on Meep! I am a fun-loving person who loves helping people. I also find that i have matured immensely since my last application in the way that; I deal much better with criticism, I am much more patient with other players, I have a better temper than before, And i'm willing to give my full determination for this position!

Why should you be Helper? Helping people has always been a part of me, and my family. But I know that the Helper rank isn't just about Helping the players of the server, it's also about helping the Admins and Moderators manage the needs of players. In other words, help manage the needs of players in need of help, answering the modreqs, keeping a controlled environment for the other players. Now i'm going to tell you why I think I can help.


Experience: I have never been staff on Meepcraft, but I have a total of 1 year and a half with server staff on other servers which were my own. I have a lot of determination for my work, and I always make sure that my tasks are completed with maximum effort. I am also a very fast learner. In my experience with plugins and commands and such, I am able to remember 90% of the commands that are needed.


Work Ethic: When I am given a task that needs to be completed, I make sure that I give 110% and all my effort to make sure that it is completed. I never leave tasks half done, I work hard, and I always get the job done. It's the same in real life, at school or around the house, I give it my all, put my nose to the grindstone and push myself to the maximum potential.


Responsibility: As I said earlier, I love helping people. The satisfaction I get from helping others out the reason why I want this position so badly. But with power comes great responsibility for those around you. And I can promise an extremely hard working kid who can carry such a big responsibility. And a person who loves helping others. But, when push comes to shove, I make absolute certain that the situation is dealt with properly and accordingly.

What are your weaknesses? I try my very best to keep my weaknesses mendable and fixable. I am able to keep most of my weaknesses under control, but there are still a couple that I feel need to be adressed. These include:


Slacking: I can tend to get lazy from time to time. But I am positive that i can keep this under control if I just remain focused with a good night sleep.


Hesitant: I can sometimes second guess myself in fear if I am performing a task properly. This has been a weakness of mine for a few years and might be a bit more difficult for me to overcome.

Somehow I cannot quote partial posts on my phone, but helping players IS about helping people on the server, not necessarily helping higher-ups manage people.

The app was decent, but I think at this point you have a few things to work on before I'd say you're totally ready.

Let's start off with a quote from your Architect application:
"well, when i was applying for helper, i didn't really take the job seriously. but i really couldn't because this was a minecraft server, not an actual paid job. so i stopped applying for helper a while ago."
Funny, because I still see you not taking this job seriously. You're immature, you don't help, and most of your remarks in shout are either try-hard or unnecessary. You're one of the only 2 players that keep applying for staff yet don't take the hint that they won't be ready for staff for another year (the other being @pizzafest and even he's gave up on that... hopefully)
I don't think you're ready for staff/architect anytime soon. Learn to take a hint.
