Why we should consider your appeal: There's no evident proof, I got no fore-warning/discussion, never got to appeal to the accuser, never spoke to the staff that banned me, don't know how or when the incident occured that got me banned.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I was playing hunger games and winning because everyone else who joined is not very good (no offense)

 

There is proof and there is no warning for hacking.
Please explain this.

I find it curious how there's video proof of me killing him, especially during the times where the server was overloading and crashed twice, but none of when he killed me, twice, the few rounds before this one. In the video, the first time I killed him doesn't look (and wasn't) like myself in any way using hacks. The second time I can see the suspicion, but incidents like that occur, and have occurred to me personally many many times while I've been on this server, including the round or two before this one where Trooper killed me. That is evidence against me, however not very strong, it is evidence against me, but I believe if you look at the rounds pre and post video you'd see there's no suspicion.

 

I'd also like to thank you for you quick reply, many servers I've staffed for take their time in replying to appeals.

 

Can you explain how at around 2:26 you were able to hit them with your back turned?

 

An explanation isn't needed, because I had not hit him with my back turned. If you pause the video at 2:26 and slow the speed down to 0.25 you can clearly see my axe wasn't swung as I turned away, because at that point he'd already died. The video doesn't show it, because it's not from my perspective, but I had been taken down to 1 1/2 hearts during that fight. There are moments, starting at 2:26, where he had hit me and the game hadn't registered it with an animation. In the first fight you can clearly see I wasn't using any hacks. That piece of evidence shouldn't be disregarded, and should be taken into consideration.

Even if the first fight didn't look like hacking (which it does), you can easily toggle a hacked client.

After discussing with another staff member, we have concluded that you were indeed hacking and have decided to deny this appeal.
