How much would you want if you built a 16x16 modern house? I don't really have any ideas for it but I might need some pre-builts in my town.

I looked at your builds, they look great.

 

This one would be anywhere between 200k-400k depending on who provides materials. Here are the specifications --

3 Story House
4 plot mansion (32x32)
2 balconies
1 pool

I'll also be doing the backyard which will have 1 pool, a nice sitting area, an arrangement of flowers, and a few bushes. Let's talk in-game about the exact price and location.

Updated my link. http://imgur.com/a/UoK4W <----- I added a new and improved 1 plot, 2 story modern house. I also did a first time attempt on a japanese style, 1 plot temple (Note it was hard to add detailing to roofs since 16x16 is a very limited space).

 

Very nice builds although I'm not the biggest fan of modern even tho I can do it, but these are pretty impressive. K9 from a builders opinion I believe you should start branching out to bigger and more integrated builds http://imgur.com/a/V9ePY​

Back from a 3 week vacation, ready to start building again.
