When you were banned: Kaitake10 was banned because of a chargeback. I bought him a premium rank using my own meebles, and he used it for a good couple months. But then he was banned for chargeback. At first I was confused, but I pretty quickly thought of the fact that this guy could have chargebacked. I made an appeal which was denied but some staff said the rules had changed so I could try again?

Reason for ban: Chargeback

Ban Length: Permanent

Staff member who issued ban: Console?

Why we should consider your appeal: Kaitake10 did nothing wrong. If anyone did something wrong it was me, who bought a rank from a person who would eventually chargeback. It has been almost a year since the ban, and I feel that Kaitake10 should be let back into the community.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I will get kaitake10 to come on here himself and give some more fine details.

Ok here is the deal, when a chargeback occurs there is a fee the server pays, so to negate that we say that to get unbanned from a chargeback they simply need to pay the chargeback fee. Now it doesn't really matter how that happens but before she is unbanned that chargeback fee needs to be paid.

 

How can we pay it though?

 

Maybe he can pay it through donating for premium again? Kaitake10 was Premium before he got chargebacked.
