Buying Beta Town 90K

I'm buying a beta town for 90k. Doesn't need to have much in it except plenty of space around it to grow. Msg me if you have anything like this.

Please don't say that this price is too little. I'm buying this to fix up and sell for profit. I know it's not much.

FYI Towns cost 200k to start up so you need to pay way more to get a town

nobody buys blank towns which results in practically giving it away for free or a very low cost.

Listen, don't ell for over 200k, it's impossible. I had to sell my town worth 1.3mil for 300k. As headhunter says, no-one buys 'em.
