Meeble loosing glitch.

My friend Ethio has been loosing money and not spending it on anything. Today was the largest loss yet, he lost 200k. Once he reported it with /modreq, BaM_Nitro and Chaos546 said to post a thread on the forums, but Ethio can't make a forums account because the confirmation email wont send so I'm posting this on his behalf.

It has just happened to me like 5 minutes ago, I lost 64k ;-;

 

try pwarps? towny taxes? Anything else you pay for?

 

I own 2 towns and no pwarps so I dont pay for those taxes, idk what happened

 

if you own taxes there is the Upkeep but I am sure you wouldn't loose so much meebles just with it...

 

Sorry but I too have lost millions of meebles from glitches like this.
I've lost like 1.7 ish million from a hacker who left me with 69 meebles (that's how I now it was a hacker). I've also lost like 1.4 ish million from a glitch that also affected a lot of other players. I sucks I know and it caused me to leave for quite a while.

 

I lost 247k and its not in the logs!

 

This has been happening more and more recently and we're unsure of the source. I'll be sure to have this looked at.

I thought we covered this, you don't have enough proof of you loosing the money

 

This is probably just staff trying to "remove money from the economy"

 

That would suck for ethio, he has spent months trying to make 1mil and he is so close so... I hope not, for his sake.

 

There has been unfortunate glitches in the economy and we're still investigating the issue. There is no way to track balance. There is also no way to track chest shop uses. So unfortunately, there's no real way to verify where the money went. Staff would never remove money from innocent players for no reason. I'm sorry but we cannot refund you.

 

There is a way to track private mail messages, but not how much money someone has?

Correct. Mail messages are a command. It's something that a user puts into the server with an output. Therefore, our tracking system can manage that (and is programmed to do so). Balance, on the other hand, is stored in a database, then forgotten once a new balance occurs, and then saved as the new balance. Our system tracks player input/output, not server input/output.

 

That is true. I think I'll spend my 1.1 million meebles on Premium so I don't lose more... xD (P.S. it doesn't ever hurt to try!)
