    Why we should consider your appeal: Well, honestly I didn't do it. For about 2-3 weeks I've had no control over my account due to someone migrating it and I just got it back a few days ago. I even have Twitter messages between Mojang and I over an extensive 2 week period. I was just checking any server I had to played to make sure I wasn't banned and when I tried to come on to play Halo I saw I was banned on KitPVP.

    Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Proof of my account being stolen.

    Yes, I got it back a couple of days ago as well as completely changed ll of my PC passwords.

    To clarify, your account was hacked, and you were not in control of the account when the hacking ban occured 9 days ago?

    Then why does the IP that was used 9d ago match the same IP you are using at this exact moment on the forums?

    To be perfectly honest I am unsure. That's theoretically impossible due to the fact that I haven't had my account.

    While I respect your niceties, I have sent you evidence showing your IPs match at both times. Without a further reply here to explain this, this appeal will be denied at the end of today.

    I'm denying this since its been five days and no reply. You may refile your ban appeal at a later time. I would also like to see the proof of the emails from you and mojang the screenshots you provided were Twitter messages and that's not sufficent enough due to the possibility of it being a fake account. I personally tried to DM Mojang on Twitter and it wouldn't let me meaning it can't be done. Also, the day you filed the ban appeal I sent an email to them completing the process in which you stated you have done and I JUST now got a reply days later.
