NEEDED NOW!! Buying 3x3 pre cleared plots for a decent chunk O cash!

I am looking for an area that is in a town with 3x3 pre-cleared plots down to level 10-12 with NO building restrictions, and because of the stupid amount of hard work you have inevitably done to get this plot I am willing to pay 150k for these plots not counting taxes etc.
I am not willing to pay more than 100 meebles per plot per day.
If needed I will trade some crap-heads I have, like blaze and noob heads to get said desired plots.

Let's just say I need this as soon as possible as something important is about to happen really soon and I need the stuff I'll build in these plots built now.

 

I can probably hook you up with these. Let me get this arranged and i'll get back to you

Would help you but you know.... My town always has a hell of a lot of building restrictions.

 

I don't care what towny world they are in, also do you mind if the building sort of looks like crap? Ie made out of cobble/ stone etc?

I said no building restrictions because some towns have to have buildings look pretty, some don't allow X, Y, or Z and I just wanted to be free to do whatever TF I wanted to on the plots as I don't have the time or money to make another mansion out of an expensive building material. Remember my birch mansion? That required let's see...18,048 birch planks, to build the walls to build limit, which I then had to hire a bunch of people to help me build etc which I am NEVER, EVER going through again....except when I'm building my megafarm town buildings, but that's another issue entirely.

AAAAND IT'S gone!
Someone is already in the process of making this and has already cleared one plot and is giving me everything they mine! And it's right by a spawn and roads. Seriously, thank you to the person who is making this!

 

O i just got done with them lol but at least i have more room for residents

I'm using these for personal mini megafarms to create the stuff for my megafarm town plan. Long story. Anyway, it turns out due to me going to have a LOT more space soon with the following:
A tnted 4x4 plot hole dianaB tped me to in townsA for free.
A VERY large area that will be cleared to level 5
Builder junkie's plots that he cleared.
And the plots that someone and I already cleared.
I believe I have enough mega mansions to do whatever TF I want to do atm, but thank you for the offer.

I am now looking for a final 4x4 plot mansion in the middle of a swamp biome, I will pay you 200k if you can clear it out and I will pay you an additional 150k if it contains a witch hut, WHICH MUST REMAIN INTACT. If you mine the 4X4 plot area in the swamp biome I request that you save every block you mine/as much as possible, and put them into a storage area at my wood mansion that will store everything as I fully plan on using every bit of it. I would prefer it if you used silk touch on the blocks as that will make the storage of things like coal and redstone easier.

Also, if you are trying to make one of these holes I beg you to post you doing so now so that way only one more of these is made and you don't end up competing with another 1-2 people by accident and only one gets used. And with this you could even team up with one of those people and split the meebles.

Lastly, if you are wondering WTF does Emp want a giant ********ing hole made, like I'm sure 4-5 of you are, it's simple. Too many people waste a bajillion blocks of space on meep and I simply won't be one of them.
Take a random town, let's say Ezri for example, if it has say 100 plots that at most have a small basement that goes down to only Y 45 that means there are still....16x16x100x40=1,024,000 blocks of space not being used what so ever.

And with my giant 4X4 plot mansion that I guess would start at Y 64-build limit that would mean that if I never dug out the blocks below them I would be wasting 241,664 blocks of space, blocks of space that could hold a lot more crap and could have a ton of awesome things in them.

And that is why I will always go and clear out the lava at Y lvl 10-5 to make sure I have tons of free space.
