Chargeback ban

I bought a 10 USD rank upgrade (VIP to Premium) from Acrisius_Belfort for 600k. Here's some evidence:

I will post the screenshots of the receipt in a second post right after I post this.
Anyway, when I tried to log in at 7:45 pm EST 2-22-2015, it said I had been banned for "Initiated PayPal chargeback on delivered goods". Can a staff help me with this situation?
I sent the receipt pics to Onis.

Acrisius_Belfort is permanently banned unless he closes the dispute. Even when I win the dispute, he will stay banned.
