My rank(Supreme) has vanished

My appeal discussing my ban due to ads has recently been accepted. I had school today so I couldn't get on until just about 15 minutes ago. I say my greetings to Meep when I realise something is a bit off. My rank has disappeared. I'm like what? So I visit Meepcraft Forums->Donate. I click on supreme, and instead of it saying "You have already purchased this item," it says "You may not purchase this item." I'm a bit confused, mate. Help when possible, thanks

Whatever magician made my rank disappear, you do not have good tricks. Can an admin take care of this as soon as possible?

Your going to have to provide a receipt; don't forget to blur out personal information as it it public on the forums.

Additionally, did you buy the rank or did you buy it with in-game money?

Sorry for posting here, but as Johnsey said, you need to provide a receipt of your rank. You should've received one in your email with the purchase of your rank. The guide in "Donation Help" explains this as well. After posting the receipt here, I'm sure someone will be able to help ASAP!

There are several ways to get a screen shot.
Here are a few options:

Option 1:
Print as PDF
Several programs allow you to do this, if you have adobe this would be easy.
I have used CutePDF in the past as well. (you would have to install it)
When you print as PDF, it will usually ask where you want it saved to.
Use any PDF writting programs (like adobe acrobat) to black out any personal info.
Use this as your screen shot.

Option 2
If you don't have an apple, (if you have an apple you will have to google instructions)
With the Recite on your screen, push CTRL & PRINT SCREEN
then open up Microsoft Paint and paste.
I usually save at this point just in case.
Black out any personal information and save again.
Then you can post your screen shot.

Mods can't really do anything, this requires an admin, and I've seen these take literally months to be resolved.
