When you were banned: Game: May 1. Forum: ~August-September
Reason: Game: Harassment, Forums: Spam
Ban Length: Perm
Staff Member: Fuzzlr on game, Idk on forums.
Why we should consider your appeal: Hey all. I'm krazycat600. I understand the hatred you might have with me. I really do. However, I am asking for another chance. I feel as though since i've been banned for about 8 months in game (and a few on forums too!) I have learned my lesson. I promise to only be constructive from here on out.

Willing to discuss conditions:
1. Any kick will be a 3 day temp-ban, both in game and on forums. kick = warning on forum
2. Account wipe on games, total post/like wipe on forums.
3. Any additional conditions I will accept

I really want to be accepted back on the server. Happy holidays and happy new year.

We've noticed over the past couple days you've been posting on threads while being banned on the forums. -- Can you explain this, because it doesn't look very good, considering.

 

I apologize, but what? I don't quite understand. Is it against the rules to post on an alt account? I can delete the posts if you want, but many meepers like my posts...

 

It is against the rules to post on an alt while banned.


4. Alternate Forum Accounts
Using multiple forum accounts or creating false identities on the forums for reasons other than creating a ban appeal will result in the ban of the account and the deletion of the account's posts.

This is why it doesn't look good, because immediately after your appeal you've shown that you're unaware of the rules. If you're unaware of them how can you follow them?

 

I would like to add that what I am appealing for did not get banned for breaking this rule. I understand now that it's against the rules and I know the several other rules of the server. Again, I apologize

 

I absolutely understand your point of view, but you were still violating the rule. Please refrain from this as we deliberate the outcome of this appeal.

After much discussion, we have decided to unban you on the forums. If you can contribute here for a period of 3 months in a respectful and positive manner, then we can certainly revisit you coming back in-game.

This appeal is accepted following the above condition.
