Denied Wynaut Appeal?

Why we should consider your appeal:
I don't really wanna play, I just wanted to be unbanned to get the 500k from NineTails to give to someone in my town,give the town to someone before it falls, give Wermy's his stuff back he left in my town, and then leave again. I don't really see any interest in the game anymore.

 

But if you do not care about playing, then what is going to keep you from cheating, if you get unbanned? If you truly do not care, then there is utterly no deterrent to prevent this from happening again. You already have two x-ray bans, what would prevent the third?

 

I mean, not to be rude, but look at the community now, its falling apart. Not to mention the server is too, from my perspective, even though it is a Saturday, or break, it is always in the 100-200 players, most of them, are random citizens. Rather, all my friends have stopped playing Meepcraft, and with almost every way to get money being nerfed, whats the point of playing?

Plus Deinen, those two bans where my only two in what, two years and a half? I never had gotten bans other then those two *and requested ones*, rather any kicks either, I'm not like Vkl, who the staff have favored, and given about 2,000 "second chances".

I really don't care about playing, if you think ill come back and x-ray again, sure, think that, but I just don't care about Meep, after the two and 1/2 years being on here, I think its really just gone down the drain.

 

Your first X-ray ban was on 7/01/2014, and the 2nd 11/08/2014, within 6 months you've had 2 x-ray bans. Aside from you repeatedly saying you don't care about Meep and it's down the drain, I see no other words to convince anyone in the slightest there will not be a third. An appeal is a chance for you to try to convince us why further infractions will not happen. It is not a place to go, "oh, I couldn't care less, so unban me." In fact, if anything to me, that tells me there is a greater risk of it happening again, because if you don't care, another ban won't hurt you.

Right, I wouldn't think so.
I'm just trying to get unbanned to really just give the stuff back, Deinen, as you can see, I have been here from the begining, staying here, through everything has been a blast, even the time CG was here, and all of us destroying spawn, reaching 800 players, all of it was amazing. Right now, the server is probably in its lowest its been in like forever.

Unbanning me, or keeping me banned wont make a difference in the server moving forward or not, unfortunately, you have let other people, such as Jonneh, VKL and Krazy all back into the server, which you all later banned as being "Toxic" to the server, I don't see why I don't get another chance like them, to just do my thing, after all, they had to many "Second chances"

And finally, if I really cared about being unbanned, I would have posted this weeks ago, and really put more effort saying how much I would change and never do it again. But, with a clear record for 2 1/2 years, I don't see why you don't let this one slide?

 

What about Mk_Kg_Ai, you were found evading on this account after Akiratohiama and various alts of you were banned for X-Ray. Would this incident have also stemmed from your lack of care, including caring about server rules? As you're prevailing point in your ban appeal is that you do not care, I am trying the measure the risk of that care, and the eventual decision of the outcome of this appeal, not made by me.

If I don't get unbanned, I guess Ill somehow have to get ManUDT.. into my town, via a different mod or something

I also already had Shadowbunnyakira, I've always had her, I had two alts, thats it.
not these, "Various" alts.
My main point of this appeal is really just to get the money from Ninetails, give it to ManUT, add him to my town, and leave Meep really.

 

Was it also your lack of care that led you to log into RedSoxRock321 4 days ago from the same IP as Akiratohiama, and Mk_Kg_Ai?

Basically what I am getting at is that if you care so little, then I have to assume you care so little about any rule we currently have, which is evident by your own words, and subsequent actions after your ban. Your argument of who we gave chances to is also not relevant, because shooting ourselves in the foot 5 times is not adequate justification to do it yet again for a sixth time, amirite?

Lemme explain that one, if you didn't know, I have that alt, and I was trying to go to a different server.
I was going onto a Minigame server with that account, mis clicked on to meep, and then logged off about a minute after I got on.
Really, you shouldn't accuse people like that.

I also want to say, I never stated I cared so little about the rules, I stated I cared so little about the server.
If I'm unbanned, I would still obey the rules, since they are rules, but doesn't mean I'd still play, I'd also not stay for long. I care so little about the server + its developement now.

 

This is denied, you stated how little you cared about the server many times. That same lack of care leaves me unconvinced there is any motivation to follow our rules.
