Hello everyone who is viewing this! my name is Gnissen and I use to play this server A LOT. but my parents died and I stopped playing for a while. I just tried connecting back to the server and it says I am banned for "Initated PayPal charge back on delivered goods" but I never tried doing a charge back. I donated probably about two years ago. I hope this gets resolved so I can return to this awesome community.

 

To be unbanned for a chargeback, you must pay the server $20 (contact Onis for details) and you will lose your rank, as the server loses the rank + $20 when you chargeback.

Well I was hoping some one could look into this a bit more because I do not remember charging back any payment I made. I don't even remember the specific Paypal I used. and it said I was banned by console, which probably means the ban was made by some one with access to the console, but I would still like some one to investigate in this for me. (pm me the paypal used or transaction id, if it can be found)

Alright, did you ever buy from a rank seller? If so, which rank upgrade (ie vip->premium)? What rank are you? Which upgrades did you buy? For example I went straight to Premium, never had VIP.

Yes, I think I did buy a rank from a seller. it was around like 6-8m or something and it was elite.

Alright, well the issue here is the fact that said rank seller must have chargebacked your rank. You'll have to contact Onis via conversation/Skype, as a chargeback ban requires a $20 payment. Also you will no longer be Elite.

Unfortunately. It's how chargebacks work: Person 1 chargebacks Person 2's rank, and Person 3 (server) loses the money for Person 2's rank and $20. You have to pay back the $20 to be unbanned.
