Accepted Ban Appeal

Ban reason: Posting on _ImaCutYou's ban appeal
Ban Time: Yesterday
Length: Changed from one day to perm.
Appeal: I posted there because nobody had even looked at his appeal for 9 days. I understand a one-day appeal, but perm? Really? Please do not ignore me. Please. I am very engaged in the Minecraft community from the forums and I really would hate to lose access to this wonderful community that I have been apart of for over 2 1/2 years. I also have not done much so a punishment this harsh is ridiculous. The reason I posted there was because I have seen this happen a lot, where someone makes a ban appeal and it isn't accepted. Ima is a friend of mine and I was annoyed off watching it happen to him.

Being this my really first ban over a day in 2 1/2 years (not counting CG banning me for a week for hearing him talking about something very very bad) and I can promise this won't happen again.

I'm guessing that it was telling you that you'd be unbanned in x amount of time, and then that suddenly disappeared?

This is a bug; the unban is processing, wait an hour or so and you should be unbanned. If not, please update me and I'll contact an admin to see if we can get you manually unbanned.

I repeat that this is incredibly unlikely to be an actual perm ban, and is almost surely the bug that several people have encountered.

 

Ahh that makes sense. That is probably the case. Just wondering, it said I would be unbanned today (December 6th) and I am still not unbanned? Might be perm. Can I be unbanned?

 

Again, like I said, wait an hour or so. When the unban is processing, the expiry date disappears.
