I have been ban for a long time and want to be back on plz unban me I want to play again I don't understnd why I'm bann plz unban me.

 

If you had a chargeback, the only way to have it removed is to pay the chargeback fee!

 

To what though. All I did was log in the next day and then I was banned for a chargeback fee so what is the fee

I need to know how to fix this ban and where to pay if I need to I am confused and I want to play again. So how can I contact people and how can I pay if I need to

 

How exactly did i ban you...?
to resolve this you should talk to an Admin as far as i know.

I don't know I went in the next day and I didn't have elite plus and so I was banned with a charge back

Chargeback is when you purchase a rank and then you cancel the payment on your card so you're not paying for it anymore. It's an auto-ban by the console system. You must pay a $20 fee to cover the paypal costs of chargeback to be unbanned.
Did you recently purchase a rank with a credit or debit card?

No I have not payed a rank cause I've been bann but I was elite and then I was bann

Ok sorry but I don't understand my bann reason because I got my goods then I was bann the next day. The elite was on sale at the time

did you buy your rank from someone else?
it could be possible the rankseller did the changeback if you did it from a rankseller.

let me try to gather the facts. a long time ago You donated for elite+ and all was fine. next day you got changebacked but you did not do it. I hope this is right. if this is true then I'm afraid there is nothing to be done but to contact a staff member and ask them how to pay the 20$ to get unbanned. sorry.

An Admin will assist you with paying the $20 to be unbanned. Do you remember who sold you the rank?
Also do you have proof that you bought a rank from them?

You should start a conversation with a staff member and resend this. people could track you down from this.
