If you have ever initiated a chargeback on another Minecraft server, you will be unable to donate to MeepCraft (or any other Minecraft server). On top of that, if the information you are entering is not exactly what is listed on your PayPal or Credit Card, or if we are unable to validate the information you enter, then you will also be denied for fraud.

What country do you live in? How old are you?

 

The problem is, this shows up before he enters his paypal and other credentials. So it has to do with the account or..

The issue is the country where you're living at, you're not able to pass the fraud checks of buycraft over there.

I have no details of which countries are blocked I got this information from our buycraft responsible staff.
