This appeal will look similar to my previous appeal since most of my arguments are the same, but this time with more.

Recently the previous owner of this account gave away RuSiaN_PeDoBeaR to me, his friend/nephew. I would like to return to this amazing server once again(I have been on this server a long long time ago, with factions etc). I understand that the history of this account is awful, but that's history. If I get unbanned I guarantee that I will obey all rules and these things will never ever happen again. More over, I am willing to give back to the community in any way possible(helping people, applying for staff in the future maybe?) I'd like to get to know the community and become an active player who could contribute to this amazing community.

Even though I wish it was possible to get another account, it isn't possible because of money problems. Since my uncle doesn't play anymore he gave me this account.

The only way I can prove to you that I am not the previous owner, is us having a different IP. The previous owner is not able to acces this account, and I will change the password of the forums account as soon as it is unbanned. I'd once again like to appologize for the actions of the previous owner of this account.

The above still applies and will not change. We do not care who is behind the username. The account will not be logging onto our server again.

 

What does the account matter if a completely different person is using it. Like I said, I will do my best to achieve a friendly relationship with all players in this amazing community. All those horrible crimes are history of one person, I am another person who will try to have a possitive history. Please put on any restrictions on me, any extra rules, but please, let me be part of this community. I have browsed trough several servers and none are as good as Meepcraft. Like I said, I'd love to have another account, but I simply can't because my family has money problems. When mojang introduces the name changing feature, I am willing to change my name. I am a possitive person who likes to help and make new friends. Ofcourse it is not for me to decide, but I think I will be a worthy part of this community. Please give me one chance to prove I am different. Thank you.

 

We have different IP adresses. And if the previous owner would want to do something again, he could just go ahead and make another forum account or he has an alt to get on, but he is really bussy with school at the moment and he lost all his interest in minecraft.

 

Can I just say how stupid the logic or reasoning behind this is? You're saying "Oh no this name is never allowed on the server ever again" As if it was the names fault that the previous owner was a d-bag.

 

proxies aren't usualy consistent, and their geolocation don't lead to an average home in a Dutch town.

Hello Rusian/new owner,

Unfortunately we can't unban you. We can never be sure if it's a new owner or the old owner. Having a new and constant IP address is easy to achieve, in many different ways.
If you would like to play on Meepcraft then I would advise you using another minecraft account or buying one yourself.
