Accepted Ban Appeal Request For QBall9

    Reason: "k"
    Ban Length: Not specified
    Staff Member: Coelho /Onis_Luck
    Why we should consider your appeal: This is Melissa Moreno and am the parent of QBall9 and am requesting a ban appeal for his account as for why his account was banned is not clear. His account is in good standing, could you please let me know what we need to do to resolve this issue. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

    Are you sure reason is: "k"? Onis normaly bans players who spam. Maybe you should ask your son/daughter if he/she spammed.

    Unfortunately I can not recall if this is the reasoning for the ban, but by looking at our logs and going back a little bit I seem to find this at the time of the ban, which was 9/7/2014 4:19:02. Although this is ban worthy, I am not certain that this was the actual reason for his ban.

    I am more than willing to unban him provided everything gets resolved. He was banned due to this occurring on multiple occasions.

    I am mistaken entirely. The ban was due to a chargeback against a rank purchased for another player.

    One payment for the account Hagenite from your regular PayPal email address was chargebacked without any reason or any contact to us at all. From what I remember, this was a credit card chargeback too.

    I will not be able to unban you until this chargeback is removed or resolved. Please talk to me in PM about this further.

    I am more than happy to get you and QBall9 back into the game as soon as possible provided we can get this resolved :)

    Hey Onis! I will be online and wanted to catch up with you to fix/unban Qball9's acct.

    Also - I wanted to mention, (provide you with some history) the charge back wasn't for QBall9's account directly. It was for my other son Hagenite.

    Here's what happened, we paid to donate $60. ea ($120 total) for both QBall9 and Hagenite. QBall9 received the elite donator perks (their entire reason for donating - PERKS!) and the charge went through without any issues. Hagenite however, when he donated he didn't receive any of the donator perks and (my mother / their grandmother) panicked and thought she was being scammed and called her bank to stop the transaction. As a result meepcraft was charged.

    I also want to note, that within hours of Hagenite's donation, I personally sent an email looking for assistance (to avoid any chargeback, problems, etc. with their account) - I also submitted a ban appeal for Hagenite with attached documentation (the emails - reaching out for help - after the payment was submitted) ---- Hagenites ban appeal (attempt) however was my issue - while searching through your site I was unable to figure out How to file an appeal and Where to start - so, "USER Error" on my part.

    With no response from the emails I got too busy to worry about Hagenite's account. Then there is QBall9, who LOVES meepcraft and bothers me everyday to resolve this issue so he can return online.....

    I recognize business is business and I'd like to get this resolved, even if it means that I need to pay a fee to cover the chargeback. --

    Would you be able however to unban QBall9, as this issue really has nothing to do with his account? When I hear from you we can get Hagenite's account cleared up and unbanned.
