Accepted Ducksfanwaterloo's Ban Appeal (Not again..)

Why we should consider your appeal: I don't hack. All of the good pvpers, (Bob4444444, SuperVladimir and flamedemond) knew I didn't hack, but everyone else thought I did. Also, the evidence provided should have been denied, because of the following reasons.

1. Everytime either one of them went up behind me to see if I would instantly 180 and start hitting them, I didn't do anything. I kept hitting my target like anyone else would.
2. Just beacause I combo someone while they're recording, doesn't mean I hack, it just means I am better than them at Pvp.
3. Just because multiple people think I hack, and decided to record me and post it on the forums, doesn't mean I hack.

How come there were FOUR people who reported you (fang private messaged chaos), all with pretty good evidence of you hacking? That shouldn't happen if you aren't hacking. Also, just because other good pvpers think you don't hack doesn't mean you don't hack, especially if people can get recordings of you doing very suspicious movements.

As for your excuses,
1: You apparently either have a different type of PVP hack, or kill aura has a target option. Sure, it should have looked more natural, but you hit us at the very edge, if not farther, of the hit-able range. Also, you got trigger-happy in Gowlee's report.
2: I think this goes with 1.
3: No, but if they all look suspicious and get accepted, then you probably hack.

From 0:47 to about 1:00, you manage to hit the other player who is at the side of you (the recording player) a number of times, also the instance where your head spins completely around.. Explain that?

Also more that I can dig out, those were just the ones I can recall times for right off hand..

 

I know him from a different server and he does not hack. Infact he's staff on that server.

Please can you staff open your eyes. Watch some of these good pvpers like Cayden, Stimpy, and DaGoldBrick. They don't hack. If they were to come on this server they would murk everyone and would get banned for hacks in under 4 seconds.

 

The fact that he is beating people is not the issue. I pointed out an instance in the video that he has failed to respond to.

 

Well, from 0:47 to about 1:00, you can clearly see that we were a bit laggy, as you say I was hitting him when I wasn't looking at him, but, you can also tell that he was hitting me but wasn't doing any damage to me which proves my point of the lag.

As for the part where I spin my head completely around, I have very good accuracy, and I keep my mouse sensitivity very high as you can probably tell.


EDIT: Just another thing to add, I would have to be a complete idiot to keep hacking after I got banned, and after I donated. It just makes no sense

 

Okay, if you blame lag, why is it that you were able to hit him and he wasn't able to hit you? Also, donations have nothing to do with it. I have seen several Ultimates banned for major offenses. Just because you have a rank doesn't mean you wouldn't break a rule.

As for they rank part, yes, I realize that just because I have a rank doesn't make me immune to punishments, I'm just saying it would be a waste of money on my part.

When I said "Explain why you are able to hit him and not him hitting you" I meant while you are directly in front of him and he is beside you. It should be the opposite way around..

The part where in between 0:47 and 1:00 You claim that lag allowed you to hit him. Why was he not able to hit you? You were directly in front of him but facing to his right. Also, at the time he was behind/to the right of you, your head spins to him and completely around. Is that a little easier to understand?

 

It is lag, I know that it isn't supposed to be used but for a laggy server it is. It is normal for someone to "lock on" to a player by just expeience where knowing where a knockback will go, as for not looking at him if you look carefully, I hit where the player used to be, that IS lag, If it was ForceField then you wouldn't even get close to the player and you wouldn't be able to hit me. But the player was able to get close to him.

 

In this video, another instance is at 1:57. You can watch and see that while you are attacking Bluapol, your head turns to Shad0wBlizzard and you begin attacking him.

 

I will once again state that I would like to speak with ducks. Im getting lost in all of your insults.

 

Also, I would like to revisit the point made where at 1:47 (starting at) you were able to knock him back so far when VIP and below do not have knockback.. Can we discuss this, ducks?

 

In that video, you can see that my head is turned towards bluapol, but I can also see Shadow too, (when he is behind bluapol). Therefore, when I see shadow coming for me, I dont just let him hit me, I start hitting him too.

Regarding Pie55555's ban, he's not an alt of mine at all, and I'm pretty sure you shouldn't just base a player report like that off a screenshot.

Not yet, what about my video? In the first 10 seconds if you look closely enough, you'll notice that he quickly switched target between the noob and me. Also, at 2:37, not only do you bypass me to attack Sebas642, but you also spin around mid-chase and attack me even though I never attack you. Finally, at 4:10-ish, you switch your target from Daniel to your partner, NSA, even though you should have been able to see his username before impact. Also, you run in an awkward fashion when you are going to attack.
