I'd suggest being a TON more active, and try to help out people in shout, especially new players.

Some servers Have /kick 60 minutes instead of /temp ban 60 minutes

again you have no idea he's a liar, he could be telling the truth, you're just basing his "lies" off things You think he cant do. What if he knows the basics?

Bashing people just because of an application for a minecraft Server

You need to work on your forum activity, teamspeak activity and in game activity. Work on helping more in game and then try and reapply in no less than 2 weeks.
