Introduction: Well first off i know i have go into it with staff buy i am a changed man
my dream is to be sorta like a guardian always helping out and being a good sport as I live in texas the time I would be on when a lot of people are on this would be a good thing as I would be watching as other staff are busy with daily life I also like making others more comfortable and happy for example if a fellow player got his plot griefed I would want them to call out for me as I will help solve the situation and be make them happy the best i can With my experience with other servers were great and I always wanted a chance to be a higher member and change what's going on. What Meepcraft has just did for fellow players to try and become staff has made me speak out.


Why you should be Helper/Mod ?: I would put a lot of time in as staff to help meep be better than it is as this is mostly the only server i play. I want to be a helper to support Meepcraft and help clear the chat from people who spam , swear or pose threats to other players. So in my opinion i would want to be Helper. I know that many people want to become helper and this is one of many in the whole Meepcraft applications of people
wanting to be helper but I love Meepcraft and would love to help in supporting the server and keeping it clean for younger children that come on and play and especially clear up the chat of people spamming instead of people just carrying on.

Weaknesses: Weaknesses everyone has them right well yes i do my weakness is my little sister i have to watch her so it will take time away from me and i wouldnt have a problem
with kicking somone if i know them it may be hard but rules need to be followed by everyone no one is above the like i am very active some people may know my brothers and i
and we are all active we got into a disputed with staff but everything was resolved and handle professionally except for my mishap with devil but i apologize and i believe that i cant be changed
and people deserve a second chance espesically if you are deicated to a server like me but in weakness we all have them just gotta find what they are

Conclusion: All in all i to bring this application to an end I know how to handle a server. I stop rule breakers by warning them and if its serve enough kick After their first warning, I keep a good watch on them to ensure the servers protection.
I believe this server has great potential and I can help achieve it. By giving the humble owners suggestions, ideas to make the server a safe and fun environment for the players and also prevent cheating. I am 15 years old and I am very dedicated to help this server. I have been given staff on many servers and none of them have been disappointed. I help out players whenever I get the opportunity to and also learn with my mistakes. I'm very experienced in this domain and throughout my days in the Meepcraft Server I've picked up quite a few things that make the server stand out from others.
I think like a player myself and I ask, what would I want if I were in their shoes?.. That's what makes me a unique staff member. If this server requires more players, I can help. I make YouTube videos for servers and a lot players join seeing how interesting it looks in videos.
Spamming other servers gives this one a bad reputation, so when advertising, do it the old fashion way.
If any major problem occurs in the server such as Hacking, Spam Botting, etc. I will stop it A.S.A.P. Before I conclude this application, I would like to say how grateful I am to have the opportunity to apply on this server. I want to put my knowledge to good use and this server is perfect! I'd love to work alongside the great staff and improve the server frequently.

 

I see you in game a lot, but I don't see you doing much of helping.
Your activity on forums could use some work.
And your app should involve more "beef" as to why you should be helper. What you explained to us is more of a description of what helper does. Your required to do as it says. Give us more reasons as to what makes you more qualified for the position. (i.e. any experiences with running servers)

-1 Who are you? The app wasn't high quality, because it didn't have very good reasoning and it didn't seem very genuine. Also I've rarely seen you in- game, and never seen you on the forums, or on TeamSpeak (the only reason you're a well known member is that you've been registered for a while).

You can already do this by making suggestion threads or just talking to staff about positive changes to Meep.

This isn't really the type of weakness we're looking for. We want something in your personally that could damage your ability to be staff, such as immaturity, lack of activity, bias, or a tendency to be mean. It's a good thing you're caring for your little sister ! I'm sorry if I sounded harsh or cruel, but there's some things I believe you need to work on before applying to become staff. You seem like a fine person, who has some strong personality traits, but you defiantly have a large room for improvement !

i know you may not know me a lot of people do sjoe and cooley and i we were close friends and you may say ahh but still doesn't mean u can be a staff cause you were banned that is also true i was banned but as it was for raiding nothing serve as xraying hacking or spamming and as it was my brothers plot as most people have done alot worse they got being staff isnt about what you did before its about what you take in the future appreciate the honestly
